Delta has always been a good name but I really am not happy with the way this product works. I have not had it that long and it drips and is hard to turn off the faucet. I really do not recommend this product to purchase again.

We had to replace the old Delta faucet that was in the house we bought. Because we have used Delta products all our lives we chose to replace the old one with the same model. The only difference is that the handle has a newly designed open loop - which is stylish and doesn't show water spots as easily as the old version. Because of personal preference, we specifically looked for one that had the regular flow/spray control located on the sides of the faucet which you push from side-to-side to switch back and forth. Other models have a rocker-style control located on the top (which we don't like the looks of) or underneath (which seems inconvenient) and, in both cases, more difficult to clean, and, in looking years ahead, maybe the rubber covering the rocker may dry rot. Plumbers installed it with no problems and it's operation is smooth.

The plumber installed this faucet as a repair, and he'll have to come back to replace it. The pull-out spray handle is very awkward for use in a kitchen sink. I find I have to pull the hose out all the way and hold it in one hand so I can control the sprayer with the other hand. The handle for the spray unit is so large and the hose so stiff it is impossible to fit the spray head down into the sink without changing grips. Also, the toggle switch for spray/stream is sticky, it took two of us to get it to move the first time. The pull-out unit doesn't nest back into the faucet very well. There is no "on/off" function on the spray nozzle, which is a key feature in a spray wand for a kitchen sink. The spray stream seems to weak and diffuse for cleaning. The pull-out part of the faucet is plastic and feels cheap. I believe the pull-out spray head on this kitchen faucet is more like what one might want in bath or shower than a kitchen sink. I'm switching to a different design.

I had this put in my kitchen during a remodel over 5 years ago. It has held up beautifully, works like a charm and after all this time no repairs needed. The chrome finish looks perfect still, it works easily and I couldn't be happier with it. I am updating the kitchen of the house I am moving to - will be putting this same faucet in my brand new kitchen. It isn't as high as some of the newer pull down faucets - but I love the design and function. Swivels, pulls up if you need it for a higher pot or even to fill a bucket sitting on top of the counter. I was so happy to find it still available, was afraid after all this time it might have been discontinued.

I installed this faucet in my prior home two years before moving, and liked it so much because of the functionality, quality and cost, I've installed it in the home I'm in now. I really like the design - clean and stylish.

Faucet looks good, easy to install, but does not age well. The neck of the faucet has to be lubricated to keep it turning from side otherwise it binds up. The hose connection to the head has come off twice leaving mess. I'm looking to replace it with one from a different manufacturer.

I was surprised how much this thing cost but it is an excellent product. Maybe that is why it has a high price - warrantied forever, works effortlessly, looks great, and best of all my wife likes it. End of story!

While I LOVE the functionality of this faucet, for the price, I would expect it to hold-up better than it has. Over the years, I've had problems with the wand's threading loosening from the water supply line. That was remedied by re-tightening it. This week (after 7 years of use) the wand completely pulled-out of the interface. (Broken) Not because it was forced, but because the o-rings around the wand's hose got stuck to the faucet body and prevented the hose from following the wand when the wand was pulled out for spray use. We were not hard on this faucet (no kids), so if you're tough on stuff, this is unlikely to last.

Just had my plumber install a new Delta faucet in my kitchen, single hole with pull out sprayer. Had a Moen, similar type, but base gasket deteriated resulting a loose and shifting faucet that could not be fixed, due to poor engineering! I will Never buy another Moen product. The Delta faucet is made so much better. There is no comparison! Thanks!

Love the design and pull-out functionality, but sometimes finding the right temperature mix is tough because it is so sensitive.

It installed easily and works very well. It also looks very well.
