It is a pretty towel bar and a definite upgrade to the ones I had. Seems to be sturdy. The actual bar itself spins around in the bracket which I don’t care for. I bought them for both bathrooms along with the TP holder and robe hook.

Wish I checked the reviews before I bought this Delta towel bar. This product is flat out defective. Like many of the 1 star reviews indicate, the bar doesn’t mount correctly to the wall hardware. It is loose, doesn’t secure or lock into place and will easily fall off the wall as soon as you remove any towel. After all of the reviews explaining this EXACT DEFECT, why are they still on shelves? I thought Delta was a decent brand and didn’t think I needed to check the reviews of a flipping TOWEL BAR before buying one. 3 out of 4 I bought were defective and had to be returned. For the 1 that somehow wasn’t defective, I feel bad that it is hanging in my bathroom. I ended up having to patch my new drywall, and will have to go with another brand. Delta should foot the bill for the damage to my wall from this horribly designed garbage.

Product appearance is quite nice, which is why the wife bought the towel bar & TP hanger. HOWEVER, what should have been a 20 min. install required more than an hour to figure out what the problem was and to remedy the improper design of the hanger brackets with a vise and hammer. The 2 fingers of the bracket that slide up into the slots on the back of each fixture have a bend at the tip which prevents them from engaging completely. Straightening these bends in addition to bending the tabs slightly more to the wall provided the full engagement and contact with the wall necessary to keep them in place. Without modification the towel bar would have set loose on the mounts and would frequently be lifted off and hit the floor when removing the towel. I'm still uncertain about the stability of the TP holder since replacement of a roll requires rotation of the cross bar, which I feel will eventually loosen the left-hand mount and require periodic maintenance. This product was most likely a CAD design which was never prototyped.

Nice look. We have a small bathroom so it looks perfect. One thing I'm not sure of yet..the bar rolls when you pull towel off but doesn't affect overall function.

Warning! - these are not true 18 in. If your buying a brand new towel rod you probably won't care/notice. If you buying a replacement quick-connect towel rod they won't fit. These are 19 and 1/12 in from center to center. The two current Delta towel rod's I have are true 18" from center to center. I will have to cut this for fitting. I called Delta and they don't list these are their website and the customer support rep couldn't find it when I gave him the model number. I wanted to know if they changed their 18in line. He said my model is made by Liberty Hardware Manufacturing Winston-Salem NC (Delta is based in Indianapolis). I guess they subcontract out and slap the Delta logo on them but it would be nice if could have consistency among Delta and their subcontractors.

Easy installation. Looks great.

The product looks good. I have not put it up yet. but the customer service to find it was not so good.

I purchased the Lethe exact style that was already installed in our new home. They went in easy enough. The mounting template was very helpful.

The towel bar was easy to put up.

Bar doesn't sit in holders very far and brackets fall apart. Cannot even imagine how this got out of first concept and why Delta would put their name on it. Home Depot didn't have much of a choice in chrome. I would not buy any of this line. Very disappointed at something so simple to get right.

I had to return it. Did not work out to replace me existing rack. The brackets changed and I was not going to drill new holes. Disappointing.

All hardware was included. Good finish.

This towel bar is exactly what I was looking for to replace 30 yr old wooden towel bars.

Fasteners are defective..wall anchors do not break away when the screw is inserted so screws are left 1/4 inch from being tight. Need shorter screws or better wall anchors. Also, bar rotates freely in holders, so it rattles when removing a towel

It's been a long time since a discontinued predecessor was torn off the wall. Love the fly anchor wall bolts. Near match to the one being replaced!
