There are set screws, contrary to the reviews before. However, the swing arm does not fit the post properly. bad design. I would like my money back Delta. PS. I will never buy one of your faucets as I went through 3 of your faucets, and they all Hammered. I will stick with Moen

Great quality, came with a ease to use stencil for installation, and it is wonderful not having to deal w/the spring loaded toilet paper holder ever again! My only complaint is the price, ouch! Inflation has set in on everything

It’s okay
This is a nice looking to holder but the installation process was so horrible. The diagram that came with it did not match up. The screws striped easily. Not worth the trouble.

Worst design ever
The person who designed this product must have some sort of deep seated animosity toward the world. It doesn't matter how you adjust or measure, the thing always needs to be a millimeter in one direction to sit right when closed. After about 50 tries, I finally settled on, "close enough" for a fit. It's going to bother me, I am pretty sure. I will know the toilet paper roll in the guest bathroom is misaligned, and it will eat at me like the Telltale Heart until some day I will change it.

Do not buy!
This item is manufactured wrong! If you attach the two ends on the wall according to directions, it pivots down therefore the roll will not stay on the rod, it falls down. So if you attach the ends to the wall to allow rod to pivot up, the one end is put on side ways then when you pull the bar up to change rolls the one end comes off the wall.
Home Depot would not exchange it due to it was a three pc set and the other 2 items were already installed. Will Delta make this right?
