If you have come here, you are looking for something that may no longer exist, according to Delta customer service. If you have an older hand-pump Delta soap dispenser, chances are it may be a version that uses a larger spring cartridge and straw that is gone, dead, discontinued, no longer available. I called Delta and they sent me this small version. It wasn't right. I called back and complained. They then said the part I need isn't made anymore. :( The RP21908 is too small.

I have a Delta Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet with Soap Dispenser and ShieldSpray® Technology, MODEL#: 19963Z-SSSD-DST. The Delta web page says I need part # RP47888 and this dispenser pump assembly came up when I searched for that part number. This replacement arrived in a timely manner but does not fit my soap dispenser. The straw portion needs to be a few inches longer, and also a wider barrel. It looks like I need a straw that is approximately 5/16” in diameter. My current straw will not fit the new assembly, as the new assembly holds a narrower straw. In the attached picture, the left one is my old one, and on the right is the replacement- clearly not the same size.

No it did not fit my item although the description said it did.

Caution! The Delta soap/dispenser assembly is not a direct replacement for the assembly that is part of Delta RP100734-CZ.

I paid for two differeny units, not knowing which would fit. Only one was shipped...am still awaiting elivery of the second.

It didn't fit the Delta Soap Dispenser I have and I had to send it back. I don't see any other options for replacement and no one in the store could help me resolve the issue.

I had to return this but not because there was anything wrong with it. Even though I’ve had the current (now non-working) dispenser since 2008, I had high hopes that I could replace it with this new one. Sadly, the new in-take tube was not as long as the old one.

Had a lot of issues trying to get the right part from Delta - this part worked great! It did not arrive on time because I inadvertently gave the wrong address - but the mistake was resolved and it eventually arrived - my mistake.

Device had a straw that is too short for the soap dispensor. The existing straw would not fit in the replacement unit. The pump handle would not fit.

This "Universal" part did not fit.

There was no way to tell what size this item was. I didn't know what manufacture mine actually was. This item was small and without modification it wouldnt work.

I think the website should list what faucets go with each of the two dispenser pump assemblies that you offer. I bought the other single pump with no bottle and it didn’t fit, then bought the one that came with the pump part and it works fine, now I’ve got an extra bottle that I don’t need! Oh well!
