RUST!!!
Do not buy this product!
It’s a beautiful pot filler but after a few months the water coming out was rusty. I had to call Delta directly & they replaced it with a new one.
The new one rusted as well. I just called them again & asked for a refund since I no longer trust using this product again.
They said they’ll replace it but won’t refund it.

Leaking and I'm told that it's garbage
this is leaking from the middle joint and i'm gobsmacked that there's no possibility of repair.

We are always happy to assist you as quickly as possible. Quality is very important to us and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance.
Because of the location of the leak the entire product would need to be replaced. Our Products do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers all parts (other than electronic parts and batteries) and finishes of Delta® faucets purchased from authorized Delta sellers to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the home in which the faucet was first installed. A great add to the kitchen!
Excellent addition to the kitchen, using Arctic Stainless to match other appliances. Self-plumbed/installed to pre-existing space, on a single tile in backsplash. Wanted it to: 1) tuck under a cabinet, 2) not obscure existing mosaic tile, and 3) fill a 16-quart stock pot. Check, check, and check!! At full extension it will reach 5 out of 6 burners, and moving a pot to #6 on my stove is pretty simple stuff. As of photos, in place for 3 weeks and not a drop of water leaked. Totally love it!

Started leaking after 6 months after install
Dont purchase this potfiller if you’re planning to use it weekly. Mine started leaking at bottom handle after 6 months after using 3 times a week .. very disappointed. At this price point this is such a bad quality item.

Pasta arm

This pasta arm is modern sleek and you can just tell its great quality. It goes great with stainless steel appliances because of its color! All around loved it!

Great product!

Great addition to our kitchen, looks good and no more carrying large pots from sink to cooktop for water. It folds out of the way and can cover entire cooktop for filling. We also installed a water filter on that water line!!!

Functional addition to the kitchen
This faucet is a great addition to our kitchen remodel. It gets used almost daily. The faucet is sturdy and well made.
As do-it-yourselfers, we would have liked more detailed installation instructions. Example, in order to change the handle position; removed the handle from the valve cartridge, reposition the valve and replace the screw and cover. We also used plumber tape and a small of pipe thread sealant. We are very happy with the end results.

The pot filler itself is nice quality right from the box but it is not Champagne Bronze. I would consider this color more of a silver if anything. Highly disappointed that they have a picture that resembles a gold but in person it's nothing near that gold.

Great size, style, and quality
I bought this faucet about two and a half years ago and love it still. I bought it so it would fit under my microwave, off to the side of my stove. As any potfiller would, it only reaches the two left side burners, but those are the only two i use for pot filling anyway, and it is easy to slide the pot over regardless. This was the perfect style i was looking for and other pot filler were to high from top to bottom, or were not my style, or poorly rated for quality. Would buy this again in a heartbeat.

Excellent customer service
The pot filler works well and is very well made. One of the two valves leaked a bit so I called customer service and they immediately sent out a replacement valve assembly. It took all of five minutes to replace. I am very impressed that Delta backs their products like this.

Favorite part of the remodel
This pot filler was purchased for a historic homes custom kitchen remodel. It's absolutely stunning in champagne bronze and is the homeowners favorite feature! If you have been on the fence about a pot filler, do not hesitate! This product is well worth it and will add a stunning touch to your kitchen.

Rock Solid- High Quality - Built to last!
Though I just had to call customer service for assistance (after 4 months of use), for something minor (a cartridge had to be replaced_ this faucet is top notch and extremely well built. It's solid as heck, not flimsy at all, and, at almost 4gpm flow rate you just can't beat it. I compared this unit to a Kohler unit for just about twice the price and there was no question Delta was the right choice! Here's an example....Check out the Kohler reviews of their pot fillers....look at the poor reviews because of part availability... Today, I called Delta about a very minor leak (intermittent) and they offered to send out a new cartridge in a week (including shipping time!). To me, that speaks loudly of Delta and their "class-act" customer service. Why spend extra money on that other brand and have to deal with a customer service mess when Delta is there for you! (By the way, I have ALL DELTA faucets at my rental properties, and delta back-ups in each basement.

Excellent Faucet
This pot filler is high quality and would fit in a kitchen whether traditional or modern. If the in the wall plumbing is already in place, it is very easy to install.
If a brass drop ear female elbow is anchored in the wall, you do not need to use the flange provided. You will just need the correct length pipe nipple. Attach the pipe nipple to the pot filler and screw the other end of the nipple into the brass elbow. This saved drilling into our tile back splash and possibly cracking the back splash.

A nice stylish addition!
Installation was a breeze, not a drip when turned off. Easily reaches every corner of the cooktop. Brushed stainless finish is perfect compliment to rest of our appliances.

DO NOT BUY - IT RUSTS!
I absolutely love the look of our polished nickel Delta pot filler. After a couple months the water was brown and upon removing the pot filler we found rust in it. Delta replaced the pot filler. It's been another 6 months and the water coming out of the pot filler is brown again. I called Delta and they said they cannot do anything since it was already replaced once. One of the reasons I bought this item is because there is a lifetime warranty. I will try calling again to resolve this. I would like a return this time.

Leaks and Delta did not respond to my email
Tried to find resources to fix this product, not available. Delta will not tell me on their website what valve to use. Do not buy Delta.
