I’ve had this faucet for two years now and wish I would’ve bought something else! The touch technology isn’t developed well enough for consumer use in my opinion. It constantly turns on and runs forever when you don’t want it to. Then when you want it to turn on, it won’t until you touch repeatedly at the base. Then it will turn off after being on only a few seconds. Trying to do the dishes is a real test in patience. I really wish the product worked better as it was very expensive! I’m not sure what options I have at this point, but this faucet is driving me nuts!

Looks great in my kitchen. All functions perfect. Had it installed a week ago and so far I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a fantastic kitchen faucet. Really like the pull down/out sprayer that we did not know about until after installed. It looks great with our new black stainless appliances.

Great faucet. Works very well and was simple to install.

I purchased this faucet with the battery pack only for a new house we were building. That ran out of power and to my horror, I discovered that the entire faucet will NOT TURN ON if the batteries are discharged. To make matters worse, I decided to get the extra part to change this to a wired product - more expense for an electrician and a plumber! So now I don't have to worry about changing the batteries but the real reason I got this faucet was to utilize the touch technology which I thought would be great to keep from contaminating everything by tapping with the back of my hand. However, this faucet has a mind of its own. It turns on and off at will and while trying to clean or use the water it will repeatedly turn off. Not the best thing to happen when you are using the garbage disposal. And if I leave the faucet on to use later, it will simply turn on at will whether I'm there or not. I HATE this thing and if it weren't so expensive, I would replace it. I'm hoping Delta will stand by their lifetime warranty and help me out. It's incredibly annoying to try to use your faucet and have to repeatedly tap it to turn on the water two or three or four times. Sometimes it won't even work at all - seems to need a "rest" between taps. And make sure you turn it off when you are done or else you will find the blasted thing running when you come back into the room.

This faucet is great. It was easy to install and it operates perfectly. It’s only been a couple weeks of having it installed but so far I would highly recommend it. I love that the switch to change it from shower to stream stays in its position even when off instead of resetting when off.

We have had this for about 7 months, and while it works reliably in terms of the touch functionality and turning on and off, over time the shut-off performance has degraded significantly. When it was new, the shutoff was almost instantaneous from when you tapped it, but now there is a significant delay from when it is tapped until the flow of water actually stops. I believe this is a reliability issue that is coming about through regular use, because we have one of these installed in the kitchen that we use every day which exhibits the slow shut-off behavior, and another one in the basement laundry room that we only use rarely and still shuts off quickly. So, it is a good idea and a convenient feature, but I would not recommend buying this due to the reliability issue of the performance degrading over such a short time frame (7 months).

Although we haven’t installed this yet we love the look and design. We think it will be perfect in our kitchen once the remodel is complete! My only complaint was with the packaging...for a faucet this expensive it should have had at least a foam lined casing inside the box. Poor packaging

OVERPRICED. I tried to justify as it came in BLACK STAINLESS like my appliances. To me it looks more like oil rubbed bronze.

We already have one and love it. We are putting this in another kitchen.

Simple Install

Our contractors installed this faucet in our new home. After two or three months, the faucet drips unless the lever has been moved to the off position. If we didn’t have this drip, the stars would be 5, because it is quite handy when cooking and my hands get messy. I can just touch the faucet with my forearm or elbow and it comes on.

We are a contracting company and usually use Watermark faucets-which are extremely pricey. We took a chance on this faucet for a homeowner that was selling their home but wanted to replace an older model kitchen sink faucet. This faucet exceeds our standard and the homeowner was pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend the purchase of this faucet for any homeowner we were working for. It was very well made, had a beautiful finish, was easy to install and has great working action- and at a bargain price compared to high end fixtures.

We upgraded our 10-year old Delta Brizo faucet to this top of the line model. There is so much to like about this faucet. It was easy to install. It is solidly built. The touch on/off feature is awesome. The water temperature light at the base of the faucet adds another level of coolness. Overall, we are very very pleased with this faucet upgrade.

I am extremely satisfied with the Delta Trinsic Single-Handle Plull-Down Sprayer kitchen faucet with the Spring Sprout. It is a scaled down model of a restaurant's kitchen faucet and is an attractive addition to our kitchen. I like the design and simplicity of features, including the single arm for hold/cold and on/off, the pull-down feature and the spray/steady stream. We selected the Artic Stainless finish to match our kitchen sink and appliances and am pleased with the finish. The faucet is a subtle yet efficient and modern design.
