The instructions are clear and easy to follow. This replaced a 20+ year old handle that had seen better days. This Delta replacement is easy to install and adjust with the very basic of hand tools required. A channel lock plier and smaller flat head screwdriver (short) and you are set. Remember, the threads are left hand and go in reverse of what you might try! With very clean lines the handle compliments any decor, but let's not forget this is a toilet, not a fashion statement. Worked fine on the first flush and I suspect, after 20 years, it will still be working!

For those detailed individuals who take aesthetic appeal to a higher level here's an oft overlooked item to complement all the other points of interest in their bathroom.
Beyond that, this assembly is not only sturdily constructed of metal materials, but cleverly engineered to be installed on either the left front face or the left side of the toilet tank (but won't work for handles installed on the right despite what you might be led to believe in the "Specification" section of the menu bar.)
Available in several other high-end look finishes.

Handles use to not mean much to me because they just perform 1 function - flush
We'll, I have to say the last 2 years I have gone through 5 handles. It has been driving me crazy. The manfield toilet has a slightly heavier curve and you can feel tension on the handle and quickly a fail.
I installed this handle, it has a slightly different profile that normal. At first I was concern and to my surprise it was easy once the rod went through the hole. That was the hardest part.
This handle works so smoothly, made my day. It also feels rather sturdy. It took about 10 minutes to install. The main reason for this was, I was teaching my son to install. He did great and is 14.
All I have to say it - you would be crazy not to get this handle!!!

I installed the Delta Trinsic Universal Toilet Handle to match the Trinsic bath accessories installed last year. It is installed an American Standard Cadet toilet with a angled/rounded tank front. That’s where the pivoting actuating arm is required to get the proper angle. You can adjust the arm to any angle once you loosen the plastic wing nut that holds the arm in place. You can also adjust the vertical position at a couple of angles but this is NOT an infinite adjustment. There are a number of holes for hooking the flush valve chain. When removing the old handle remember that toilet handles on the left side of the tank are held in place by a nut inside the tank that has LEFT HAND threads. Turn the nut clockwise as viewed from inside the tank looking out to loosen it. The only tool you will typically need is a wrench or slip joint pliers to remove the old retainer nut. Installation took me less than 5 minutes and now all the bathroom accessories and the toilet handle match. The chrome finish is very good. The handle is metal and not chrome coated plastic, which probably accounts for much of the cost. The finished look is clean and modern and the handle operates smoothly.

This takes an old builder grade toilet and makes it look like a new modern one. The old toilet had a cheep painted white handel. Very plain looking. Replaced it with this one and now the old looks new again. The handle is heavy metal with a nice chrome finish. The plastic on the inside of the toilet is solid. Has a stainless steel screw holding it together.

Really like the toilet handle! Very easy to get install. About ten minutes totals. Everything is either on a swivel or is adjustable so it fit in just perfect. Even the average homeowner can tackle this one. Didn’t think it would make a difference to change the handle but it turned out great. I started by taking it apart and fitting it in the hole. Then moving the arm that connects the chain into the right position. Then putting then setting the handle into the right position. After that putting the nut on and testing it. First time worked great. Looks good too!

The handle was very easy to install. The only confusion was the reverse thread for attaching to the ceramic toilet bowl. It says reverse threads in the instructions so the delay was momentary. Normal threads would allow the attaching nut to loosen when the handle is depressed. I did need to rotate the fill valve so the float did not interfere with the handle.I liked the ability to adjust the angle of the lift arm both up and down and front to back. This allowed the chain attach point to be nearly directly over the flapper. I used a knife and scratched a small section of the handle and it did not show the scratch as the metal beneath the chrome coating is a similar color.. The instructions indicate this is a Delta product but it fit my American Standard nicely. Nice product.

I was looking for a modern, simple toilet handle to match our contemporary chrome toilet paper holder and faucet and this one is a perfect match (see photos below...). I had the old one off and this one on in less than 5 minutes. The finish seems good and iit perfectly matches any chrome you will have in your bathroom. If your looking for something a little different, this is it. The only reason I gave it 3 stars for "ease of installation" is because it was a little difficult to tighten the screw inside the tank because there is no room for your hand and the screwdriver. It's a slight installation design flaw that makes it difficult, but not impossible to install. It was a little frustrating, but doable and the end result is it looks good and works. .

Little things make a big impact in a room re-do. Sometimes a total remodel is out of the question. Replacing knobs and handles, a new throw rug, a replacement lampshade all can change the look of a room. And changing out the toilet handle? You'd be surprised how noticeable it can be. That is especially true if all the hardware is bronze or brass and the toilet handle is the standard chrome. In our case the fixtures are chrome but very contemporary and so we decided to change out the handle to this really modern one. It was an easy job. The directions are clear and include lots of photos. Took about 20 minutes. Looks great. The new handle s a nice heavy chrome finish.
