the package came in pretty beat up.... But Mary was perfect.
Could not have asked for anything more... it came quickly and Mary looks great.

Beautiful Depiction of the Virgin Mary
This statue is absolutely stunning. The facial features of her likeness are so natural and true to life that it is right at home in my garden and also in my home. It is a beautiful statue it is wonderfully painted. The only con i have is that it is rather fragile because her had broke off with a slight touch but i repaired it with a small dab of glue.

The Picture Does It No Justice
Our parish is raffling off this statue as a fundraiser, and we selected it based on both price and looks. Everyone on the committee thought it was beautiful from the picture, but we couldn't believe how gorgeous it was when we unpacked it! Stunning! One woman said if she didn't win the raffle, she might just order it on her own.
Trust me, as pretty as the photographs are, they're nothing compared to how beautiful and delicately painted Our Lady's face is when you see it in person. I can't vouch for maintenance yet, but I'd recommend protecting it with a shrine just in case. (After all, Our Lady deserves a nice little shelter, right?)
