[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came well packaged with protection that left if virtually free of any marks/defects. The directions were simple enough and I was so glad that each piece was labeled with a sticker (sometimes they are missing!)  Only a screwdriver is needed other than the alan wrench that is provided which makes for fast setup. Once all the pieces are laid out, it doesn't take long at all to put together. There is a mixture of wooden pegs and screws but surprisingly no wood glue required which made the assembly a bit faster. One drawback to note is the type of material the screw anchors are made of which doesn't seem to be metal but rather a plastic. I accidentally put a little too much torque with my hand-powered screwdriver and broke the piece with no extra to replace it. Once everything was assembled, the unit did look great and definitely will add some class to any spot you place it. The remote is easy to use and makes it handy to adjust. It really can warm up small to medium size room and the fire light with crystals adds some ambiance and charm. A couple of cute decorations on top and it's perfect. I'm glad the tip-over protection accessories were provided and I will definitely make use of them for safety.

I love that it’s bright white and it looks sleek and modern with the gems inside the fireplace. It’s conveniently controlled by a remote and the heat setting works perfectly too. Overall this is a very nice electric fireplace!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im really enjoying this fireplace, it is so comforting and gives off such a wonderful ambiance.It really surprised me at how much area it heats up, it heats up my living room, kitchen and dining room with no problem and keeps it so comfortable. I love how the exterior does not get hot, having a toddler in the house around a fireplace is terrifying but with this I dont have to worry. There are so many awesome settings, you can set the temperature to what you want and the fan will cut on and off, you can change the look of the fire to several different settings, you can set a timer to cut off after however many hours you want, and you can do it all from the remote or on the front. The rollers on it makes moving it from room to room very easy.

We love the look and feel of our new fireplace/heater! It really heats the living room well and the “flames” are pleasing and mesmerizing. It took several hours to put together, with only so-so directions, but we are really glad we chose this one.

Relatively easy to put together. Good quality for the price. Have been loving the flames and heat as it sits perfectly in a nook next to our dining table. Would highly recommend

I love the Dimplex Jasmine electric fireplace. It was easy to put together and is pretty sturdy. I needed something to heat our 3 season room and this is the perfect size and color. The faux flame is perfect and has four levels of brightness. It’s heats up the 12’x20’ room quickly. This was an excellent choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is fantastic! It is pretty easy to put together and is sturdy. The remote is great to be able to turn on the heat and adjust settings. There are adjustable settings for heat and for the level of light. It creates a nice relaxing atmosphere while providing heat in the room. It heats up real quickly! I like that the top is wide enough to be able to put decor on as well. I would recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this recently and have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It’s a nice accent piece and helps to heat my office but I wouldn’t use it as a main source of heat. The flames are cute but in no way would I say they were realistic. It’s a cool piece to have in my office where you wouldn’t expect to see a fireplace but it would look a little cheesy to have at my home as a fireplace. Assembly wasn’t necessarily difficult once I figured out how to properly use all the hardware. It does seem pretty solid but easily moved with the hidden wheels. Speaking of the wheels, they are not as pictured. The wheels I got were cheap plastic that looks similar to a cheap office chair castor. It’s not a deal breaker because they are hidden so well. I don’t imagine they’ll hold up to much moving around though. All in all I’m happy with the fireplace and adds a cute talking piece to my office while knocking the chill out of the air.

I put it in my living room as it is the coldest room in my home, and it does a great job of adding additional heat and warmth!

I needed to feel comfortable with however I added extra heat since my child is in there and I wanted him safe. We’ve been very pleased thus far with the results. It keeps the room cozy and it looks nice!

It comes disassembled, so it will take you 30-45 minutes to put together. It comes with a remote control, 4 different display settings and a timer function. Overall, it a nice unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a fire place mantle and this one exceeds my expectations. It is not only beautiful and modern but it is functional and easiky movable. I like that it is white so it fits in any decor in my rooms. I can add decorative items to the mantle top. The fire settings can be adjusted according to brightness and the heater runs quietly. I find it very peaceful to have on at bedtime to look at and keep warm. The remote is one of my favorite parts, I can adjust it from sitting or laying down or turn it off and on. Love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to put in our basement family room. Upon unpacking it, I noticed all of the pieces were labeled, which was extremely helpful! The assembly instructions were a bit confusing as there are multiple steps within a step and it didn't list the order in which those steps needed to be completed... so it took a little time to put together. Overall, it was fairly easy to put together. Once assembled, it looked very nice. It was a little smaller than I anticipated. It works very well. My kids love watching it and it warms the family room!

The Home Depot ordering and delivery process was smooth.Assembly was easy, despite meager directions. The operating noise from the fan is quite loud, requiring us to speak up when talking and to elevate tv volume. The “flames” look more like a bubbling, “Finding Nemo” aquarium! Don’t buy it!

Bought the Jasmine for our bedroom, we needed something for a specific wall, and our room gets a bit cold some nights. This has been a welcome addition. Looks great and keeps us toasty!
