[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My floors are cleaner than they have ever been thanks to the Dirt Devil Steam Mop. I have used it multiple times on my laminate floors with great results. It even helped remove the dried glue from when they were installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop is totally different from the old one I have from a different brand. My old one is probably close to 10 years old at this point. I received the mop, cleaning slippers, and a sample of the steam water for free in exchange for my honest opinion. The packaging is well done and from the time I cut open the package until I was mopping was no more than 5 minutes. The mop heats up incredibly fast and stops steaming just as fast once you turn it off. It does make a very odd and loud sound as it's priming the fluid so be prepared for that. The first few swipes are difficult as the mop head gets wet enough to slide but after that, it's very easy to push and pull. The head easily fits under my kitchen cabinets but doesn't clean all the way to the baseboard or to the edge as well as it could. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. The edges of the mop just seem to miss the gunk and leave it there. I tried it on my laminate kitchen floor on high heat because I have 3 dogs, 2 kids, and a husband. You can imagine the mud and grime all over. I had to go over spots multiple times and sometimes let the steam work for a bit in order to get the paw prints and buildup around the dog bowls. The high steam seemed to leave the floors a bit dull so I'm hoping that was just user error. The water tank holds about 10oz and after mopping my 20 x 10 kitchen, it seemed to only use about 2oz so very good for not having to refill a lot. Overall it does what it needs to do I'm happy with it.

Needless to say my floors needed some help and this didn't disappoint! It came in a few pieces and was simple to put together and simple to use! Looking forward to clean floors being an easy task for me now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on vinyl plank floor. It is a heavy traffic area and had lot of small spills on it. It worked fantastic. It also heated up very quickly. The only negative I would have about it is it seemed a bit hard to push. However 1 I have a shoulder that is need up right now and 2 I think I was doing it wrong. It has a place to push down with your foot and I didn't remember reading about that and did not see it until I was done. Floors came out great. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steamer is small but mighty. It created steam in less than 20 seconds and is a powerhouse. The pads also being washable are a big bonus. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed trying this product. There are 3 things I didn't like about it. 1. Sometimes, it was hard to push. 2. The water reserve cartridge is to small and doesn't long. 3. The water cartridge tends to leak and cause to much water on the floor. Over all, I did enjoy trying the steam mop out with the trial steam water and cleaning slippers. These items paired together worked really well. I would recommend the steam mop for very small areas only. If they ever upgrade to a larger cartridge/tank then I would definitely recommend it for larger areas. 5 star if it had a bigger water cartridge/tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dirt Devil Steam Mop did a good job of cleaning my floors. I like that it had different settings on how hot the steam would get and was able to use a lower setting on floors that I may have been afraid to use steam in before. The only thing I didn't like was it seemed to "stick" to my laminate flooring and didn't glide as well as on my tile floors. It was easy to fill the mop with water and I didn't spill water everywhere as I have on other mops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've actually been looking at steam mood for awhile. When I received this one, I was excited to try. It was easy to learn to use, easy to maneuver and almost exactly what I was wanting. It went together easily. The directions on how to use, where to put the cleaning solution and settings were very clear and easy to understand. I have a 17 month old grandson who currently loves to make messes. Right off the bat, he spilled a sugary and sticky drink all over the floor. Pulled out the steam mop, plugged it in and put it to work. It worked beautifully!! Floor was clean and mess free within minutes! I was very pleased. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars and say it's almost what I wanted is because it's cordless. The cord gets in my way and I'm always having to move it. Other than that, I love this steam mop!!

This is amazing and cleans the bathroom floors and kitchen floors like they are brand new! Steams up hairspray and cleans at the same time! Below are some highlights I adore about the Dirt Devil Steam Mop. The pad fits in well in corners and small areas in my house with small rooms, like the bathroom and around the toilet! The pad goes on so easily and washes very well for reuse. The water level shows when running low. You know when the mop is on and ready. The water or steam does not leak or make the floor too wet. It's perfect amount! The mop swivels and glides easily. The cord wraps easily. The mop stands by itself without falling over for easy storage The mop cleans well and does not leak or soak the floor. It dries very quickly! Cleans kitchen sticky residue fabulously! Works amazing on my hardwood floors and tile floors! Only thing I wish was in todays day and age it was cordless. Having to plug it in in the different rooms wasn't a problem but would appreciate a cordless version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mop. I feel like it really cleaned by floors better that a swifter mop which is amazing. It does go through a lot of liquid so I probably wouldn't by the special water. I would just use distilled water instead.

I live in an apartment where storage is at a premium and this steam mop is perfect for anyone tight on space. A few reviews mentioned that the reservoir isn't very big, taht wasn't an issue for me. I had no problems cleaning what i needed without having to refill. It doesn't really matter as this heats up so quickly, that even if you do have to refill, you won't have to wait long. This mop worked great on tile, vinyl, and hand wood. Its light and easy to use. I have a dog, so i swept prior to mopping. Floors looked beautiful after i was done. I used high in the kitchen and bath and low in the living room. All in all very happy with my little steam mop! I received the mop in exchange for an honest review.

I like that it uses only water to clean and clean very well! I've tried it on a variety of floor finishes. I tried it on linoleum, wood and tile and it works wonderful on each one! This is definitely my go to machine when the floors need cleaned!

I like that it steams without my help (my other one has to have the handle pumped) and that it gives out steam in all directions. I feel like it cleans better too! I always love when the mop pad can be washed-definite plus! The only improvements I see would be to make the handle a couple inches longer (I felt like I was bending over some) and to make the water tank a little bigger so it doesn't have to be refilled as much. Not sure it would be great with heavy messes but great for cat hair and dust. I have dark floors and EVERYTHING shows. This makes it easy to keep it looking shiny and clean.

The cord is extra long which is nice the only issue is the tank with water is smaller then i would like I have to fill for every room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a review in exchange for a free sample. Assembling: Easy. You pretty much could do it without the instructions. Heat: It heats up pretty fast, probably instantly. Cord: I actually not a fan of corded cleaning equipment since it takes time to plug and unplug moving in between rooms. However, this steam mop cord is long enough that I don't have to repeat the process many times during the cleaning. Quality: Better than expected. The mop works fine with my vinyl floor and it does good job removing all dirt. I have a dog at home so I have to clean the house at least once a week. This would be something I recommend to friends to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a hard review for me. Does the mop work well? Its great! Will your arm hurt afterwards? Definitely. I think it would help if the stick was adjustable. I'm 5'6'', so average but this thing is extremely difficult to push on my hardwood floors and just think if it was a little longer wouldn't be so difficult. Also, the washable pad, is ok, it's a standard pad, doesn't lay flat after washing.

I hate having to drag out a mop and bucket, and those disposable mop pads are expensive, wasteful, and smell way too strong. With my new Dirt Devil steam mop, I can mop all my floors with water if I want, or using their steam water to give it a little nice scent. Now there's a few things I would change. For one, the handle is a bit short for us taller folks, but it's not too big of a deal. Having to plug it in is a bit of a pain, but again not a deal breaker (and I don't have to worry about a battery dying.) The only major thing I didn't like is that it doesn't do a very good job in corners. Overall this is a great purchase, and comes with an extra mop pad so you can always have a clean one ready to use. Oh! And the pads are washable, so there is way less waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the steaming mop from Dirt Devil for my honest opinion. The steam mop is very eco friendly design and easily to learn to use. The cleaning pads you can remove and wash in the washer to reuse again. It has 3 settings for how messy it is you need to clean with the steamer. It swivels very easily and is very lightweight. Only downside I find is that it is not wireless and it doesn't really stand by itself. Overall very nice design and cleans very thoroughly.

Even thought not stated on the box or on the instruction if use without the floor attachment, it can be use to clean countertops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have laminent flooring in my whole house. It is great long term but is bad about spills sticking to it or when it rains, spotting. I had a bigger steam cleaner but I have had some health problems and it was just too heavy to use. This product is much lighter in weight I also like the water compartment being removable. My old unit had a cup and you had to pour water into the actual unit. This one has the removable cup and I prefer that This way, you can be sure there is no water left inside. I also like the way the cleaning pads attched. My old unit required the pads be stretched over the cleaning head and once those were washed, that became difficult This one just has velcro and that works great. My only coplaint is that it won't stand on its own, so thats a little annoying.
