[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam mop was so easy to assemble and use. It makes my floors feel much cleaner compared to other mops I've used. The pads are nice and durable. I also liked the length of the cord. I didn't have to unplug and plug too often around my house which was really nice. I definitely would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super impressed by this steam mop. First it was super easy to assemble, I didn't even need the instructions. It heats up really fast and I barley had to put any elbow grease into it, it glided to nice across the floor. Also, my floors dried super fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dirt Devil Steam Mop was very easy to assemble, even though I didn't have to read the directions, I made sure to consult them. It came with a small bottle of the Dirt Devil steam water which was easy to put into the tank with the included funnel. Once you have the steam water in place, the mop heats up and is ready to use in less than a minute. The non-carpeted portion of my house is a combination of vinyl and laminate flooring so I was definately excited to use this steam mop. I There are three modes of low, medium and high. Once the mop was ready to use, I opted to use the medium mode. The initial first push of the mop felt like it was stuck just a but as I continued to use the mop on the vinyl it became smoother and easier. The included steam water had a pleasant fresh scent. Due to this being a steam mop, the floors dries extremely quickly. I then switched over to the laminate floors and changed into the high mode since there were some areas of the floor that had some small sticky messes thanks for the kids being home for the summer. I was able to clean up the soiled areas of the floor by only having to go over the areas twice. I didn't have to use any harder strokes of the mop, it was pretty effortless on my part. Once I was done with the floors, there was still a decent amount of water in the tank. The moment of truth was definately when I was removing the cleaning pad on the bottom of the mop. The pad it basically held on by velcro and was relatively easy to remove. I was really surprised the amount of dirt it had taken off the floor. I just threw the pad in the washer and then laid flat to dry to reuse again. Overall I was pleased with this steam mop for it's easy of use, simple maintenance and superior cleaning power. It doesn't seem like you can easily buy the Dirt Devil Steam Water in any local store but you can use water (demineralized is recommended). So that would really be the only con is that the Dirt Devil steam water is not easy purchased at local retailers. However, I am thankful that I had added the Dirt Devil Steam Mop to my cleaning arsenal.

I loved using the dirt devil steam mop. It made my floors shiny and smelling great. Was easy to use with the pushing and pulling only downfall was the cord. I had to keep changing it out..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this steam mop as a free sample (thank you Dirt Devil!) through the BzzAgent sampling program, and it was so effective that it's actually changed what I thought "clean" meant. I clean a lot, at least once a week, and I don't wear shoes in my apartment. I'd just cleaned my apartment on a Friday evening, and thought that it was in a really good state. However, when my steam mop arrived after I'd already cleaned, I still wanted to try it--I used it on that same Sunday morning, thinking it probably wouldn't get much dirt. I was wrong. This was so effective that the white mop pad was no longer white. It's lightweight, easy-to-use, comes with a small container of cleaner solution that I mixed with water, and it quickly cuts through even dirt I truly didn't think was there. The head of the mop swivels to get into corners easily, and it has three different steam settings. It was ready quickly upon being plugged in. I would definitely highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From assembly to use, this is so simple. No tools required for assembling the steam mop and it took less than 4 minutes. The mop heats up quickly and you can even adjust the amount of steam. The solution smells fresh. Cleaning my floors was quick. I don't love touching the pad afterwards, but it is reusable and can be tossed in the washing machine. Totally recommend this steam mop!

It just clicks together, plug it in, put some water in, and you're good to go! It comes with a good smelling steam water. I need to get more because I love the scent so much! The cloth pad is thick and durable. It cleans really well - and once you're done, just throw it in the washer. It also has three different settings for how much steam you want. It heats up really quickly. I highly recommend this steam mop!

I was sooo happy to find a steam mop that does what it states in the description. I've used other steam mops and to me they left a residue that I wasn't happy with. It was easy to assemble and the way that it reaches those hard to reach places made my life so much easier! Not only did it clean up those pesky spills within seconds, but it also lifted the harder stains off the hardwood. I was a little worried about possible damage to my floors, but the three different settings put my mind right at ease! Overall, this is a wonderful option for tiles and sealed hardwood floors! I highly recommend!

I was using a regular mop before and this steam mop has totally changed the game. It's so simple to use, heats up in seconds, and you're ready to go. It gets my floors so clean. Plus, since it's so easy to use, my kiddos love using it too. When I'm done cleaning the upstairs I toss the mop pad into the wash and grab the other one to do the basement. It includes a solution to use and it smells SO good. I use just a little bit of it mixed with filtered water now and it leaves a nice light scent. Definitely give this steam mop a try, it's way better than a regular mop!

I have wood and tile floors and with 3 kids and a pet we get lots of dirt and dust. The mop was easy to set up and to use, just attach the handle and mop base add water and push around. It's that simple, my floors were completely clean within minutes making rearranging my living room so much easier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop, works on flatter surfaces like linoleum. Laminate floors that have rougher surfaces tend to leave streaks. The cord is a decent length and allows enough slack to work room by room!

The scented "water" they give is horrible. The smell is so strong and lingers for a while and you feel like you're eating it when the steam comes out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both wood and laminate flooring throughout my house. My bathroom, in particular, always seems difficult to clean... not anymore! This is super easy to use! Filling the water reservoir is easy. Turn it on...wait less than a minute...and go. The pad sticks to the mop very strongly. For a difficult spaces I would let the steam up stay for a couple of seconds and then keep on moving. It would always get up the difficult mess. The product came with a steam water from the company however using distilled water seems to work just as well.

I've gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight the steam mop is. I have one from an incredibly long time ago that is so heavy and cumbersome making it pain to use. Not this svelte little steam mop! It's incredibly lightweight and glides around my house like a dream. I have both suturina marble floors and woodlook porcelain tile floors in my house, and this cleaned them beautifully! I was pleasantly surprised that there were no streaks on either surface, which is not what I say about my old steam mop from a different brand (which is going to be donated) If I were to say one minor "negative" thing that I found is that it starts out at the high temp instead of the low option, which is only a little scary when you have more sensitive floors like I do. Outside of that minor inconvenience, I absolutely recommend picking this up!

This product would've gotten 5 stars except the fragrant steam water that came with it, did not smell to great. It had a strong smell and left a residue on the floors. But I just put plain water in it, and it worked like a charm!
