The counter and cabinet are beautiful and gave me the look I was wanting. My only concern is that it is fabricated completely from particle board and not much support. The outer cabinet is very flimsy, so we had to add support brackets and 1x material to help support

I recommend this product with caveats. One, the counter-top is very soft and scratches quite easi...
I recommend this product with caveats. One, the counter-top is very soft and scratches quite easily. Just rubbing vigorously with Windex and a paper towel to get some silicone off was enough to cause a visible scratch.
Second, the mounting of the unit to the wall is with particle board. Since this is a floating vanity, you'd think the manufacturer would have used a more robust material to mount the vanity to the wall. I asked our builder to reinforce it with real wood, and they did so. Get particle board wet once and it's going to fall apart, sooner or later. In a wet environment like a bathroom, it's inevitable.
Third, it took 4 weeks to get to me.
Other than that, it looks very nice and is otherwise solidly built.

Very easy to install if centered on the replaced sink....
Very easy to install if centered on the replaced sink. Even then the drain may require cutting the bottom opening lower. If so don’t notch but cut from side to side to not made the need obvious.If not centered on existing sink, cut one of the sides to allow both shut offs in the center bay.

The cupboards were crooked and the vanity top was uneven, flawed and had chips on it. I was very dissatisfied with the quality. I returned them.

There was a scratch in the sink and the MDF...
There was a scratch in the sink and the MDF cabinet had various marks and dings. I needed to install to keep on track with our project, otherwise I would have returned this.
