Crib
I received the crib as a gift but had no hardware set. I reached to customer service. They got the pieces I needed. My son has his own bed to sleep in. Looks good put together.

Great customer service!!
A beautiful like new crib was donated to the nonprofit I volunteer with. Hardware was missing so I entered into a chat with customer service. Process to obtain hardware was simple, quick and efficient.

Customer service quick and responsive!
We were gifted this lovely crib but were missing some bolts. We contacted customer service and they responded almost immediately! We're looking forward to finishing putting it together and letting our little one enjoy his new bed!

Great Crib!!!

Still Holding Up!
Got this crib with our first, getting it out of storage for our third. Very high quality and durable. We misplaced the hardware and reached out to customer service. They replied super fast same day, and they are so nice and got a replacement hardware kit.

Wonderful bed

Best Crib for the Value
I purchased the Carson/Classic crib two years ago for when my grandchildren visit. It is easy to assemble, is very sturdy and durable. I assemble it when they come visit and take it down and easily store it when they leave town. I recently misplaced the hardware and contacted DreamOnMe. The Customer Experience was awesome. Sheen quickly packaged and sent out the hardware FedEx to my home. It was an excellent Customer Experience. I would highly recommend DreamOnMe!

Easy to Assembly
This crib was so easy to put together and take apart when needed. I was able to do it all by myself (although def easier with another set of hands). It is not overly bulky so great for apartment life. I lost some screws when I moved and Customer service has been wonderful helping me out! Highly recommend this item!

Great quality and service
We bought this in 2019. It served our first son for 3 years. Now we are converting it back from a toddler bed to crib config. It is sturdy and looks good.

Great customer service
I've had this crib for a little while and am so excited to use it for my second baby in a couple weeks! When I moved I lost some parts. Their customer service team has been doing an amazing job at working with me to get me replacement parts. They also respond very fast. It looks like a very good quality crib too

Long lasting!
This crib was bought for my brother's baby. They passed it on to me for our baby. We used it as a crib and later as a toddler bed. We have recently converted it back into a crib since we are expecting our second baby this month. It has been very durable. It's taken years before we saw any real wear and tear, and even then it is just the wheels that are starting to bend out of shape, but customer service has been very helpful in getting those replaced! I would definitely recommend these cribs.

Love this crib
I bought this for my grandson and am very happy with it. Initially a couple pieces were missing when I started to put it together. I called customer service and they responded immediately. I received the missing pieces by fedex the next day. I would definitely recommend this crib.

Screws were missing from original package
