Thank you for your feedback. The first bullet point in the Product Overview for the Infinity-Z Tub Door does state that the "configuration consists of a sliding door panel and a stationary panel." DreamLine encourages our customers to read the product information carefully before making your purchase. It sounds like the DreamLine Duet bypass shower door would have been more to your liking. Dear Valued HomeDepot Customer, We reached out to the MFG for more information and below is their response. "The Infinity-Z shower/tub door is a single door slider with a fixed stationary panel and does not feature a bar handle, but a towel bar instead. The unit can be installed with the door on either the left or right, depending on the layout of your bathroom and personal preference. It is recommended to install the door on the shower head side whenever possible. (However, if you have no other option but to install your stationary panel on the shower head side, to prevent damage or injury, do not lean against the door or panel when reaching in to access the shower controls.) The Infinity-Z is made with 1/4" tempered glass which is the minimum thickness available for a frameless door. (We also offer several sliding shower door models that use 5/16", 3/8" and even 1/2" glass). The upper rollers on the Infinity-Z can be adjusted so that the door glass operates smoothly. If the door glass feels loose in the opening, simply adjust the upper rollers. We welcome suggestions to improve our products and instructions.
