Not 90 Degrees, way off. Cut off and re-drill holes to square are up.
Defective design, does not open even close to 90 degrees, way off. Leans AC into the wall at the top. It takes a few hours to cut off the ends, square up and drill new holes, go get 8 new short 5/16 bolts and nuts and washers, paint the cut parts and drilled holes a couple of times and reassemble. After you square up the bracket it is usable.

Great build quality, worth the extra money from cheaper mounts
Used on a Bosch 24k BTU unit that weighs 130lbs. With the arms mounted into the studs, has no problem supporting this weight. Good build quality and very sturdy. Just be sure to get the dimensions of the base mounting holes of your outside unit. Very likely they are not 16 or 32 inches wide like your studs in the wall are, meaning your arms won't be either. Had to make modifications with pressure treated wood for a base, but I expected this based on prior research.

I purchased the 18,000 BTU unit and it was not difficult at all to install. It is a wonderful unit. I put in in my garage because that is where my Treadmill is located and I could not use it in a closed garage in 100 degree heat. Now my garage is nice and cool. It works wonderfully and you can't even hear it running. It was the best money I have spent since I purchased my new home. And I am sure it has added value to my home as well. I would definitely recommend this unit it is well worth the money.

The rubber isolators bottom bolt pulled out on two of the four, very easily. Ended up having to go another route to mount the unit to the brackets. The metal portion of the brackets worked very well though.

DYI'd installing a mini-split and chose this DuctlessAire bracket for the outside unit. Easy to follow the instructions, very sturdy and looks great. The rubber bushings are doing a good job, there is no noise transfer coming through the 2x4 stud wall. Very please with how it looks and holds the unit.

This bracket worked perfectly for our DuctlessAire 12,000 btu mini split. There is no vibration noice at all in the garage when the unit is running which apparently can be a problem sometimes.
