This is NOT our first Dyno-Glo grill. This is for a vacation rental property where we needed something cheap for the next couple years. And who wants to spend 1500 on a lower priced Webber to have renters abuse it. We had the last couple of these grills at our own home literally rust out the bottom where the grates fell out of the grill. Is it a nice grill?...Yes! Will it last beyond 2-3 years?....No! You get what you pay for. If you can pay for a new grill every few years or need it for just that timeframe....go for it! If you want something to be around longer than 2-3 years...look elsewhere.

I purchased this grill 9 months ago and was my 1st brand new grill I have every had all my others were used. I was so proud of it. It looks beautiful with the stainless steal just a nice looking grill to have on your lani. Well that's about all the good I have to say other than it worked well up to the point where all the pipes and çheap metal parts they use in the inside just rusted away. I maintained it well being that I am a restaurant manager most of the 25 years in the business and know how to cook and clean my equipment. I paid $300 for a pretty non usable shiney grill. I just hope in the future they use better metal for the inside of these grills. If they did I would probably buy another but for now back to my old grill.

Like every other poor review, owned this grill for a little over a year and the grease pan rusted away to nothing after being kept covered. Called customer service to ask for a new grease pan seeing everyone else's poor reviews, told me I would need to pay for a new pan since it is "out of warranty" by a few months- but they would cover the cost of shipping. Thank you for the great customer service. Stay away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All Rusted out, the tents, the grease pan, the grill area is starting rust off into the food. Not even a year old, and coved year-round. My last grill lasted 5 years.

I bought this grill a year ago, it’s kept on my lanai, undercover and used once or twice a month,cleaned after each use and the whole bottom has already rusted out and unusable. Complete waste of money.

Last night, after almost two years of owning this grill the grease cup fell off. Understanding things happen, we were going to reach out but work up today with the entire bottom on the ground. There is a giant hole in this grill. Unbelievable and very unsafe! This company was listed as making a good product and we were very happy with the grill but this is ridiculous.

Read the other one-star reviews and avoid products from Dyna-Glo. It does a great job cooking, but everything rusts and disintegrates. When I look inside the grill, I look through the grates and can see my deck through them. There is nothing left of the bottom tray of the grill. Very disappointed, so please don't make the same mistake! Buy a grill from a different company.

Grill was easy to assemble, I've had this exact same model for the last 6 years and needed to replace it due to wear and tear. Finding this all over again made me very happy as this model is one of the best grills I have ever had. Cooks consistently, plenty of heat and easy to clean. Large cooking area to feed a lot of people. or cook slow with indirect heat for some awesome ribs!

We should of read the reviews before buying. My husband cleans the grill before every use. No matter what we are cooking the bbq always catches fire. We now have to turn the propane off when ever we are going to flip anything on the grill even chicken. We only cook on the lowest setting and with the lid open because the bbq will reach over 600 within minutes. So disappointed in this bbq

I guess it was too optimistic that this grill would last us a long time. The bottom of the firebox is rusting out, same with the flavorizers. One is broken from rust! Junk! Next year we're buying a Weber.

I bought this grill last summer and have kept it covered since I purchased it bottom of (grease pan) grill has now rusted and fallen to the ground. The purchase to replace this part cost almost as much as a new grill. I would not recommend buying this grill.

Arrived without damage. Easy to assemble. Works great.

Barbecue on the Fourth of July worked wonderfully

Similar experience to most rusted out in a year, drip pan rusted out and had to replace and was on hold for 1.5 hrs had to pay American dollars for parts and for shipping and Canadian orders can only be processed by phone which isn't ideal especially having to provide credit card by phone. Was advised by rep doesn't know when Canadian orders will be able to be done on website Side note grease pan and rusted grill grates replacement cost about 150 Canadian.

I bought this coming off of fall going into winter so the deal was close to two bills. Nice! Chose this one because of power, side burner for sauteing veggies, porcelain grates and an igniter on all burners. This thing gets hot! Fast! It also cools down quickly so I can store it away. Very large space to put food on the grill. Entire bottom tray pulls out for easy cleaning. And it has a bottle opener? Nice!

Worked as expected. Nothing fancy about this grill.

Love it!

The Dyna Glo Burner itself I love. The fact that when we were putting it together there were dents and stains all over it. This was suppose to be brand new. This also happened with a tool shed we purchased. Dents and broken pieces. Unbelievable.

So far, I am very pleased with the grill . Putting it together wasn't as difficult as I feared.

Price and performance are both exceptional. Assembly was a PAIN.

Works great quality is ok there was a flaw in the construction of the side table that I decided to just deal with rather than return

So it took awhile to get this product which i understand. I brought it home and hooked it up to my full tank and found that one of the 4 ignitors doesnt work then i decided to check the side burner and that ignitor does work either. I have no desire to load this back into my truck and return it. What a disappointment. I will be contacting the store for a partial refund
