The whole thing catches fire
No matter what I cook on the lowest heat, setting the whole grill always catches fire I have never had a gas grill do this my entire life it just seems like the burners are too close to the grates and any little juice that drips off the meats will start a fire

The WORST grill ever!!! It started out with a defective door. I called the company and they sent another door with NO problem. Then the knobs that turn the gas on/off started peeling, AGAIN no problem the company sent out new knobs. The final straw was when the grill cooking grid's and the heat shields for some reason didn’t fit across the grill any longer and kept falling inside the grill covering the burners which caused a gas buildup nearly causing an explosion when I turned the grill on!!!!!! LUCKILY I had a warranty, so you know I returned that grill!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER DYNA GLO GRILL AGAIN!!! Be careful using this 5 burner grill

    Junk
I purchased this grill on July 20th, 2020, along with the OEM grill cover. The grill worked great for about 1 year them the removable grease tray rusted out, so the grill is useless. I called GHP who handles the replacement parts that was a waste of time.

I would recommend the Dyna-Glo Grill with Folding Side Tables . . . BUT . . . read to view my experience with the assembly, missing parts, and rust. Keep reading. Nice grill . . . . BUT took almost 3 hours to assemble by myself. Second person to assist would helpful. Previous reviews indicate rust. . . Well I had the grill outside for about 10 days and it has started to rust (see picture). If there is a part on the grill that does not have paint where there should be paint, then it will rust. Disappointing. But what really got me was that near completing the build, I had to call the phone number in the manual to request replacement parts for 2 missing pieces and they told me it was not in stock and had to wait until September to get the parts. Super disappointing. Funny thing the guy on the phone told me they would not charge me for the replacement brackets and I said there should be no charge because grill was purchased incomplete. The experience with this grill has not been a good one. If you decide to buy this grill, do yourself a favor a BUY THE GRILL COVER or simply cover it!

        Rust spots after one use?
I like the grill, went together easy enough if you are handy at all. Not too much into the “multiple starts” to light the flame which is even in the instructions, but that’s not a big deal. But the rust spots under the hood are worrying. Used it once(after the 15 minute recommend burn off) and these developed on the top. Has been diligently covered with a dyna cover. Has me worried for future use and performance! Odd thing about the recommended cover is that it only goes on with the two side parts folded down. Heat is hot, but the front and back are obvious put off more of a flame heat then the middle. Kind of like all gas grills in this price range though. Grill looks good, works as should, just worried about the rust!

Spent some time looking at different grills to replace the one I had (I loved my previous one, but could not get new parts for it). Finally decided on the Dyna-Glo 5-Burner. Had it shipped to my house. Arrived sooner that it was expected. It tool about 90 minutes to assemble. I was able to do it myself, except for placing the actual burner unit on the assembly. Some of the screws were more difficult to line up and for the frame I probably could have used a second pair of hands for attaching the first couple of support pieces. The Starter works perfectly. The Grill heats up FAST and gets very hot! The grills are OK. Plain cast iron, with no coating. I still have to get the cover for the grill. Overall I am completely satisfied.

This was very difficult to put together, even for an experienced handy person, so have the store put it together for you to make your life easier! Other than that, I love this grill! It cooks beautifully! It's the best grill that I have ever had! It lights easily! Cooks evenly! It's the perfect size and it looks really nice! I've had it for 1 month.

We got this grill to replace an aging grill from a different brand, and although slightly smaller than what it's replacing, it's still more than adequate for what we usually need. Starting with assembly, this grill went together much more easily than previous grills, although it still took about an hour doing it myself. Once it was fully assembled it felt much sturdier than I expected, given how lightweight the various components are; I credit the support crossbar and the overall design for this (FYI, the metal sides of the cart, etc., are lightweight and easily bent, but they are also easily bent back into proper shape). There are four (4) casters (2 locking and 2 non-locking), which makes for easier movement on the deck or patio than grills with only two wheels. The grill heats up very quickly, although I do somewhat question the accuracy of the temperature gauge; it was reading as having exceeded 800 degrees within a matter of minutes after ignition. It gave a good sear to the chicken, so there's no doubt it was extremely hot - but over 800? I may have to test the accuracy with a separate oven thermometer. If it really was that hot, then I have to wonder how long the burner tents & other internal components will last. Even when we turned the temperature down it still stayed really hot, so until you're accustomed to how this grill cooks, you'll want to be mindful that you don't ruin dinner.

Nice mid-size grill for limited space. We don't do enough grilling to justify a built-in grill, and we don't have enough room for one of the larger units. This three-burner setup is perfect. Assembly was a bit of a pain, because while the hardware was labeled, the parts weren't, and you really have to pay close attention to the quite small illustrations, especially at first, to get the side panels and front skirt properly oriented. Once past that, everything went together smoothly and yielded a pretty solid, robust setup. It lights with or without matches (piezo spark), and it heats up FAST -- reached 500 deg. in about 90 sec. Impressive. The upper warming rack is great for buns and the grilling racks are coated and clean up easily. Wish it came with a cover (we got one from HD that's very nice) and that more of the parts were stainless or aluminum, because they're bound to rust (and at one corner of a bent edge where the paint had chipped, you could see rust starting before I touched it up with some black heat-resistant paint (Rustoleum makes some specifically for grills). All things considered, though, we are very satisfied. This is a nice looking and performing unit and, given the quality, at a very reasonable price point. Recommended.

I've been wanting to replace my two burner grill that was getting old and a little small for our family. This was the right size as 5 burner would be an overkill and a waste of space. The assembly was not very complicated and majority of the screws were Philips head and same size which was a big plus in my book. It is definitely not a 1 person job and needs at least 2 persons to do it in a reasonable amount of time (and without loosing mind). Took about hour and change to get this up and running. Now design and construction wise this feels solid, however its not stainless steel and bound to rust eventually. I am not sure why a cover was not included but I would recommend getting one if you live where it snows or rains a lot. The other thing I disliked is the back portion of the grill is not housed fully, not sure what purpose it serves as there are enough vents already. The side tables fold and give it a very compact form factor, which is a big advantage if you have a small backyard like me. Function wise the grill heats up very fast and three burners provide ample heat for all the meat types. The grates are coated and are very easy to clean once done. It has enough room to serve a party of 8-10 people. One thing I did not like is the piezo starter, I am not sure why its still a thing. With the flame covers, its really hard to see if its on or not on a bright day (except with the foul gas smell). This is still a decent grill as grilling wise, its perfect and the cleanup is much easy compared to my earlier grill.

I was looking for a good size grill that had fold down side tables so storage in the off months would not be an issue and the Dyna-Glo Premier 3-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Black with Folding Side Tables was the perfect grill. The Grill works great with three burners plus and upper level warning rack that is perfect for toasting up bread. The grill gets nice and hot and with the included temperature guage you know exactly what the temperature is. The burners also have heavy duty splash guards to you dont have to worry about any flare ups from direct burner contact or clogged burners. The only issue I had was the assembly instructions are not clear, no parts where labeled with the grill I received. Here are my tips, unpack everything, there are hidden parts inside pieces of sytrofoam what I did not see at first. Lay all the parts out. The first couple steps are crucial. Make sure to put 1 locking wheel on each side in the same location, as only two of the wheels are locking. The sides are not reversible, one side has two sets of holes for the back panel, and another 1 set of holes for the front lower trim piece. Make sure you check which side you are dealing with before putting on the back panel, and front trim piece. Leave the screw loose at first, some pieces slip under others which is why they suggest to leave the screws loose but tighten them after. I really wish this had less packing material, there was tons of stryrofoam which would have been replaced by wood pulp type.

Another great Dyna-Glo Premier grill. This is a 3 burner so it is not real big but now real small either. It looks fantastic, works great and is quality all the way around. I love the black finish and the fold down side tables. The thermometer on the top lid is great to make sure you are cooking at a safe temperature. It is pretty easy to put together. I like the propane tank holder hidden away inside the bottom door. It is easy to change the tank out. The igniters work great and the side trays are easy to put up and down. I just ordered a matching cover for it.

All in all this grill looks good and has some nice features. The grates that you cook food on are way better then the small slotted grates that my previous grill had which makes cleaning a lot simpler. The side burner is of adequate size for a small frying pan ( cooked up some onions, mushrooms, etc.) and control knobs are easy to grip which makes adjusting temp level easy. The lighting of each burner takes a little getting use to because there is no audible clicking letting you know it is lighting like other grills I have owned. I like that the front of the grill has two doors with magnetic catches to hide the propane tank ( tank I own is all weathered and ugly looking ) The four swivel caster wheels make moving grill easy on smooth surfaces but also makes it move a little to easily during use. This 4 burner grill from DYNA- GLO came with detailed instructions and only basic household tools were needed to put it together but it was a bit time consuming and some parts could have been installed when manufactured. ( temp gauge, side burner control panel, etc. ) The amount of time it took to put it together was also extended due to holes in parts not lining up. I have only used this grill for simple foods like burgers and hot dogs. As the weather gets warmer and hopefully less rainy days I will be able to try it out on a nice steak, etc.

This is a very nice grill. It has options that bigger grills have. I must admit that it is a bugger to put together. Some of the bolts that hold the front plate above the door do not fit properly and it causes a gap in the frame. I plan to take a tap and die set to try to fix this problem next time I am allowed to go out and move around at the lake. Other than that one problem the grill went together very easy but it takes two people to do it. Once put together, It cooked the steaks just like a big grill and they tasted just as good. It looks nice and the drop down side trays make it ideal to fit in a nice storage location. Saves space. It moves around easy on the 4 rollers and when locked it does not move. Its a great grill that I look forward to using at the lake once the lockdown is lifted. Good investment that should last a long time.

The Dyna-Glow grill looks good and cooks well. Assembly takes about 45 minutes, needing a Phillips head screw driver. Two people are best, especially for setting the body/cover onto the frame when its assembled. This grill features four stainless steel burners and a side burner. Metal parts are painted black, including the side table and burner. Chrome handles and control knobs complete the look. The tank (not included) stores inside the frame behind the doors, which stay closed with two magnetic clasps. The grill ignition system is turning each control knob to create a spark, no batteries are needed. Each burner lit after a few tries. Cast iron grates provide a nice char on steaks. High heat setting worked well for meats, and a lower setting was fine for veggies. Grill features 483 sq inches of cooking space, and a top mount upper grill adds even move capacity. The quality of the burners and grates are very good. Side table features pegs to hang tools. The metal frame and pieces, however, are a light grade steel, which bends fairly easily, which is why I rated quality a four. Overall, not as sturdy of a grill as I have seen from other manufacturers. Unit is warrantied for a year, the burners longer. I have owned a Dyna-Glo smoker for several years, and it has held up well, the company makes good products. Grill moves easily on four wheel, two which can be locked.

My nine year old 5 burner Charbroil grill has pretty much given up the ghost so I've been romancing the notion of replacing it for a while now. Downsizing was definitely in order - as a retired old goat the need for a large grilling surface, party hosting size gas barbecue doesn't make sense any more. This three burner Dynamic-Glo Premier is the perfect size. I just finished putting it together - a three hour job - but I won't fire it up till next weekend (nobody to cook for) so no comments on its cooking capability. I'm sure it can be assembled a ltltle quicker with a helper - I did it by myself aided by a few barley pops. The instructions are OK though a couple steps weren't as clear as I needed them to be. The only tools you need to provide are a small and large phillips screw driver. The assembly hardware (fasteners) seem to be better than the usual sub-par collection of nuts and bolts I have grown accustomed to working with in other assembly-required equipment. The cast iron grills (there are two halves that easily nest together) are porcelain coated which hopefully will enable them to last for another nine years for me. Together they measure a little less than an 18" x 24" cooking surface. The handles and fold down wing trays are well made and should last for as long as I need them to. Hopefully the stainless steel components are a good enough grade to minimize corrosion. The grease catching tray is pretty small and the control knobs are plastic but by no means are these deal breakers. The wheels (casters) are pretty stout and handle my bumpy brick patio very well. I don't like the floor that holds the LP canister - IMHO galvanized would be better than the hopefully powder coated one provided. The burners (always a sore point with me) appear to be of middle of the road quality - but they should do well enough for several grilling seasons before needing attention. A cover would have been a nice feature - but no such luck. Most gas grills I have owned seem to last for three maybe four summers before starting to show their age. This Dyna-Glo grill will hopefully do better from what I can see. I'm looking forward to next weekend!

Dyna-Glo Premier 4-Burner Propane Gas Grill in Black – I received the grill and found everything is great condition. Packaging was excellent; lots of Styrofoam, plastic bagging and it was packed in a cardboard box inside a second shipping box. During assembly which took about 2 hours, I followed the clear and easy to understand instructions, and all screw holes lined up into position exactly. Once assembled the grill looks great with very good fit and finish. The lid and doors open and close perfectly with no issues. After installing an LP tank and checking for leaks, each burner tested OK with ignition after one or two clicks of the ignitors. The grill heated quickly with all four burners on high. The grill includes cast iron grill grates, steel covers for the burners to reduce flareup, a steel drip pan that is easily removed for cleaning and a limited area for storage underneath. I like this grill a lot, it is a good size and looks and works great, but I need to order a cover for it before it goes on the deck.

I am enjoying this Dyna-Glo grill. It looks good, feels solid and has cooked everything evenly that I have grilled to date. Assembly was straightforward. The directions are clear and they thankfully use one size screw fastener for all but one step. That took out all of the possible guess work and let me quickly get it put together. The 15 minute break in burn went off without a hitch. I have used it to grill beef and turkey burgers, chicken and salmon. All cooked evenly. The grates released the meats cleanly and left nice grill marks. The grill quickly got up to and held temperature and rapidly recovered temperature after flipping food and closing the lid. I found the temperature gauge in the lid to be accurate. The grates are heavy and cleaned up easily. The large drip pan is sturdy, as is the grease cup. Both of those were also easy to remove and clean after each grilling session. My two quibbles about the grill are the warming rack and the outer ends of the grill lid handle. I like that the warming rack sits firmly on the grill body, but that means it doesn’t move out of my way when the lid is raised. That’s putting it in my way when I try to get to the back 3rd of the cooking surface. It can very quickly and easily be removed, so it isn’t a problem when I don’t need it. The lid handle stays cool to the touch in the center, but the ends where it bends back to the lid can get quite warm. I didn’t realize that until I took off a BBQ glove and almost grabbed the end. Overall, the grill looks, feels and cooks like the high quality grill it is. I look forward to using it as much as I can.

I am enjoying this grill so far. Starting from assembly, it was well packaged, has clear instructions, and wisely uses the same size screws for all but one step. That made assembly a snap. I will say that I put the locking casters in front, not in back as per the instructions. Having them up front makes them much more accessible in my opinion. Moving on to using it, the initial break in burn didn’t emit any obnoxious smells or smoke. It heats up quickly and holds steady. When closing the lid after checking food, the grill quickly recovers temperature. I have grilled burgers (beef and turkey), salmon and chicken and all have cooked evenly and released cleanly from the grill grates. And the grates make nice grill lines. The catch tray and grease cup are fairly thick and quite sturdy. Cleaning them was easy. I have found two disappointing aspects in my use of the grill. The grill lid handle is thick and runs the majority of the length of the grill. The middle stays comfortably cool to the touch, but within a couple of inches of the curves where the handle turns back toward the lid, it gets warm to hot. I didn’t notice it at first because I was wearing BBQ gloves. When I removed one and went to grab the handle, I stopped short because I could feel the heat radiating from it. Just be careful. The other item is the warming rack. I like that it firmly sits on the body of the grill. But because it sits there, it doesn’t move up and out of the way when the lid is raised. That puts it in my way when I’m trying to get to meat on the back 3rd of the grill grates. It can be quickly removed when not needed, so it is by no means a dealbreaker.

Dyna-Glo Premier 2 Burner Propane Gas Grill, Black This is the perfect size grill, not too large, but not too small either. It is very compact, but has tons of room for all your grilling needs. With this grill you'll be able to sear steaks, cook pork chops, veggies and anything else you choose. It has optimal heating power and is oh, so easy to use. It also has a removable drip pan and a larger removable tray, which is removed from the back side of the grill. It has 2-burners and is premium propane gas grill from Dyna-Glo with cast iron cooking grates. It is well constructed and has an integrated ignition system, which makes it easy to light. You will be able to cook like a “pro” in no time. Another great feature is it's on casters, making it easy to move around. I like that it has 2 burners, making it nice if you're cooking a small amount and only need one burner. The two burners are metal stainless steel. Assembly is required. The front side shelf is fixed. The grill grate/ surface material is porcelain-enameled steel, grill / smoker type grill, propane tank not included. It is freestanding cart-like style. Primary Burner BTU's 20000. The primary cooking space in 310 sq. feet, and weighs approximate 39.21 pounds. The secondary cooking space is approximate 139 sq. feet, with a total cooking space of 449 sq. feet. Assembled height 43.9”, assembled width 45.08,” and assembled depth is 22.83” This is a super nice grill at a very reasonable price. If you'd like to see it and read more, just go online and key in the internet # 305016653, model # DGB300CNP-D, or the store SKU # 1003124930 I would definitely recommend this premier propane grill by Dyna-Glo.

Although there are many parts to the Dyna-Glo BBQ, the instruction booklet is pretty through and illustrations very clear! Laying out all of the parts makes assembly very easy. The instructions stated that it would take approximately 50 min for two people. I was able to put the BBQ together, by myself in 1 hr and 15 minutes. After assembly, I ran the burners for 15 minutes, as specified in the instructions to burn off any manufacturing oils etc. the temp gage reached 800 degrees at that point. Minor issue was with the screws used to attach the plastic access door magnets to the main structure. The screws pulled through the plastic and attached to the door. By using a wider integral washer screws, I was able to reattach the magnets and the door now stays closed! Caution needs to be taken to make sure the flex gas line doesn’t rub on the framework above or below the pathway where the flex line passes through so it doesn’t create a leak in the line!

An attractive looking, well-designed grill that stores very compactly due the folding side shelves. So for those with space limitations this would work well and yet it still provides a good sized cooking area. Assembly was easy and the directions were clear. As suggested there are times during assembly when it is a two person job, although ,most of it can be done alone. The tank stores nicely underneath the grill which enhances appearance but there is nothing to measure or estimate how full the tank is, so having an extra tank on hand could avoid problems. Personally I prefer having a gauge of some type built into the grill. There is a nice large, sturdy pan to catch juices and direct them into a smaller pan, which is easy to access from the back. The casters make it easy to roll around and the rear wheels lock to keep the grill in place. I like the porcelain-coated cast iron grates, though I find them lighter weight than my previous grill and grates are a bit farther apart which increases the chance that smaller pieces might fall through. I thought that the heat was evenly distributed which makes good grilling easier, but getting the temperature set properly will be a bit of a learning process because there are no guidelines for cooking in the manual. The temperature gauge is not at all accurate and that makes getting the temperature right more experimental. The grill also is designed to accept an optional rotisserie attachment, if you are into that.

A nice compact two burner gas grill with stainless steel tube burners, porcelain enameled heat tents (flavorizer bars) and porcelain enameled cast iron cooking grates. The cooking grate area is roughly 17” x 19.5” and a 7” x 17.5” warming rack (porcelain enameled steel). A 20lb. propane gas cylinder (not included) is accessed from the hinged door in front. The main grill body is preassembled with the hinged lid, burner tubes and gas supply line. Only removable accessories such as the cooking and warming grates, heat tents, drip pan and thermometer need to be added to the grill body. Most of the assembly work is the base unit (very light weight painted sheet metal). Assembling the complete unit requires a total of 76 parts and fasteners - it took over 90 minutes to put this together – the illustrations are very detailed but rather small - the individual parts are not labeled, so you have to find specific details about the part by looking at the small illustrations – see photos of a representative assembly detail – note the level of detail that you have to be able to find. The individual parts are not labeled, but the assembly fasteners are blister packed onto a labeled cardboard panel, making finding the required fastener a breeze this is very well thought out. Once assembled, the unit is easy to use, its very straight forward to operate – just turn on the LP tank valve, turn the burner knobs to ignite and adjust flame level. After using, the collapsible side shelves and four casters (2 are lockable) make moving and storing the unit a breeze. Once word of caution – if you are concerned about sustainable packaging – choose another grill - an excessive amount of rigid white styrofoam packing is used – its everywhere – there was only one item that was wrapped in cardboard for protection.

We got this to replace our current two burner grill. This grill is very well made and came packaged very carefully...almost too carefully as there was an abundance of styrofoam. The instructions for assembly were very clear and concise, some of the best I’ve ever seen. All hardware was clearly identified. The only tool needed for assembly was a Phillips head screwdriver. The instructions said assembly time with two people would take about 50 minutes. We actually assembled it out of the back of our truck and had it finished and ready to go in about 50 minutes. Both burners lit on first attempt and the temperature rose to 500 degrees in no time. The cooking grates are not those wire type but are heavy duty. We look forward to grilling lots this year!

This gas grill by Dyna Glo, model # DGP321CNP-D, is the ideal sized grill for our empty-nester household! We no longer need a large 3 or 4 burner grill, as this one easily accommodates two items that we now typically cook, but allows extra room for another 6-8 items to be added to the grill for cooking. The grill seems to be well designed & built with a nice black finish (although a small dent was found @ the top of one of the side panels when I unpacked it-not sure if it was produced this way or bent in the box.) The fold-down side shelves are a nice feature, as they allow you to easily store the grill and protect it with a smaller, more compact grill cover-the cover is easily found at a number of suppliers on the internet. The grill is easily moved, as it sits on 4 large caster wheels, 2 of them "locking" for stability when cooking & when the grill is stored. It also includes a thermometer built into the lid, handy for easily checking your cooking temperatures. The propane tank (which you have to supply) stores behind a door, under the grill for a "clean" look. The grill lights easily when the gas control knobs are turned to open up the gas (automatically activating the built-in igniters) and it seems to cook as nicely as larger grills I have owned in the past. Assembly took about 2 hours. The parts are not identified with a sticker or marking, so you have to be careful to pull the correct parts for each step listed & to follow the assembly illustrations closely.

This DYNA-GLO PREMIER 3 BURNER PROPANE GAS GRILL arrived well packed, without any damage, and included all parts needed and excellent and easy to follow instructions. From opening the box to firing up the grill took less than 30 minutes. The grill is compact, yet has a nice larfe grilling area. The side shelf is great for holding utensils, sauces, etc. This is a great compact grill.

This is a basic 2 burner propane grill which generally would suffice for most BBQ situations. The grill is very basic with no storage room or drawers, and a basic cooking design. The side shelves nicely fold down for storage times, and there is a warming grate above the grilling grates. All items in the fire are enameled iron parts. I am not sure how long the enamel would actually last but I usually prefer stainless for the in fire items. The light duty steel construction is also all enameled. the only exposed metal without enamel is the inside of the door. That looks like galvanized steel so it probably should not rust. I do not know if the steel under the enamel is galvanized, because if it is not galvanized then it will most likely rust quickly if left outside. The actual frame work is very light duty and it shows in the door. If this is not on a good level area, then the door will hit the bottom or side due to the structure of the unit not being stiff enough to maintain its shape. It seems to heat up evenly so it should do burgers and other meats nicely. I will recommend this with a few stipulations. 1) I am worried about its ability to last outside, 2) the weak structure deforms when not on a level surface, 3) no storage place for utensils. You will have a fairly long afternoon project to put this together even though the instructions say it should take 2 people 50 minutes to assemble. It took me 30 minutes to unbox it, then another 2 hours + to assemble it. It assembled okay, but sure would have been nice if the pictures were larger to see more detail as no parts are labeled except for the bolts and nuts.

Quality grill that cooks very well and includes a lot of great features. At the end of this review is a link to a video I made giving an overview and demonstration of the grill. It has plenty of room to cook meat, vegetables and toast buns. It heats up fast and the cast iron grates hold heat very well. The grill also has storage in mind with an area to hang tools, a towel as well as a cabinet beneath. The grill also appears to have an insulated lid which does not get terribly hot too quickly, unless you are running it over 500 degrees or so. The side burner can hard to start but a nice feature, especially when you are serving guests or family from it. It can be used for beans, sautéed vegetables or corn. The caster wheels are larger than I thought, over 3" and can work on grass, not just patios and decks. The thermometer on the grill is also fairly accurate, according to my infrared heat gun (see picture). I’ve cooked chicken and steaks on the grill so far and the heat is very even, except in the corners where it appears to be a little cooler. Each burner has its own starter as you turn the knob. The burners light generally between 1-3 tries, I have found if you move the knobs slow, it starts on the first try generally. The grill heats up quickly and took me awhile to get used to compared to my previous 3-burner. Two burners on low can raise the temperature above 450. I seasoned my grate with grapeseed oil. The top grate is nice and large but can make flipping meat under it difficult. The top grate can be removed though. One feature I love about this grill is how easily the grease bowl is removed. I love even more that the entire grease pan can be removed for cleaning as well. The grill took me and a friend 50 minutes to assemble, just as the directions stated. We did use a power drill which probably saved about 10-15 minutes. The grill was packaged well and the directions were clear. The grill will scratch fairly easily so be careful. Some packaging tape was stuck to the lower area of the grill and the glue from the tape remained on the parts. This grill is made in China.

I love this grill, first propane gas grilled that I've ever use. Who ever packed this and shipped it really wanted it to arrive unscathed. Took more time to unpack than it did to put it together. BUT nothing was missing and not one scratch was on it. Husband had it put together in 30 minutes and I cooked some steaks on it that night. We get a lot of wind where we live in the early evening it was nice not having to fight with my charcoal and heat. This grill heats up fast, and you can totally control the temperature. Makes it easy to cook your full menu out on the grill and have everything ready at the same time. I have also cooked fish. I want to see how the grill worked on something delicate, worked great. My next project is going to be ribs - something slow and low to see how it does. It's nice to be outside instead locked up in a hot kitchen. The only comment I would make is that the stainless steel is a little light weight. That doesn't bother me makes it easy to move the grill when I need to. But, I could see that the grill might get a little banged up if you aren't careful when you are changing out tanks or you bump into something. Grill also have a top warming rack too - the picture didn't show that very well.

I assembled this grill in one hour and twenty minutes after unpacking it from a well protected box. The grill weighs 97 pounds and seem to be made of decent materials. I do not like the locking casters that have to be placed in the rear and the large drip pan also has to be removed from the rear. I really like the side burner for cooking corn and it does a great job having 12,000 BTUs. The four main burners have a total of 48,000 BTUs which puts a nice seer on steak and burgers. I recommend to use a non flammable cooking spray so the food doesn't stick like all grills and to invest in a grill cover. I don't leave my grill out in the winters which make them last longer and keeping them clean after every use is a must which some people don't do causing premature failures.
