Very uneven heat. Very hard and time spent putting it together much larger than i figured. Its not what i expected. For the price i thought it would be more and well constructed like my old weber.

The part that was assembled at factory (Under the lift up cover) has several chips in paint. 2 quarter size and 6+ 1/4 " chips. Ihave not used gril

recently purchased this grill and have used it twice. it was fairly easy to assemble - no issues. final assembled product is sturdy, looks attractive, and functions well. I agree with several of the other reviews stating that the grill gets very hot, very quickly but is hard to set to lower temperatures. I had a Ducane grill before; that grill was easy to adjust and set the temperature from low to high. This DynaGlo seems mainly to operate at a high temperature, even with the burners set on low. I would probably give the grill five stars except for that. autoigniters work smoothly, just turn the knobs (plastic knobs do feel somewhat cheap). so far, it is easy to clean the grates. side shelves are easy to raise and lower and are sturdy when in the up position. front access to the tank is convenient.

Have only had our new grill together for 2-3 weeks and used twice. We haven't had a grill for years, but the 'new normal' of 2020 led us to explore more options for spending time outdoors. Wanted to keep budget reasonable since we didn't know how much use this would get. We had it "shipped to home" and it was VERY well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The size is perfect for us (retired couple) with plenty of room to accomodate guests as needed. We like that the compact size (with fold down side tables) uses only a small bit of our patio real estate. Assembly was okay - small parts were labeled. It took us longer than many reviewers, but we intentionally worked slowly, double-checking everything as we went so that didn't have any major problems. A beautiful day and a glass of wine made it almost a fun project for two novices. We were happy with the end result - everything worked properly when done. I would also recommend the Dyna-Glo cover offered along with it. It's substantial weight keeps it in place, it fits well, and appears to offer good protection for the grill.

Took less than 2 hours to build but was easy if you lay out all the parts and take your time looking at the instructions (also loosely fixing screws/bolts before tightening to make sure it's right helps). Grill has so far been amazing, have had it 2 weeks and have probably grilled 12 times on it so far. Very well built, worth the extra money. Will update in a year or so once it's been weathered.

Returned the grill. Side tables heated up so hot they couldn’t be touched or set a plate on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are an avid grilling family and we’re so excited to connect our new grill to our natural gas line and entertain our friends and family! This grill is very heavy and took about 3 hours to put together by one person! The parts are durable, the cooking grates are solid and strong and it has the quick start ignite. The hose to connect the natural gas was long so we had no issues with that! We used it for the first time for our Labor Day party and it was awesome!! It heated up so fast and cooked so much food! We had 6 pounds of burgers and were able to cook them all at once and then finished up 3 racks of ribs no problem! The side burner was perfect to warm the sauce on low! I love that the 5 burners allow both small and large batches of cooking to be done and the side burner keeps the stove inside free! I also like the cabinet below to store the grilling tools and cleaners! We highly recommend this grill to beginners and grill enthusiasts alike! here’s to your next gathering! Football season just got easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is a big boy. It's my first time to have a full sized grill. I usually have the 2 burner size as I've been in smaller homes. Good thing I waited until not. This thing is a beast. Not to hard to put together and get working either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I seriously was not prepared for just how large this grill was. I saw the dimensions, read that it was 5 burners, but the reality of it sank in only after I put the whole thing together. This is not a bad thing, but wow... be prepared. :) Assembly of the grill was mostly painless. There were a couple of spots where it was a little tricky getting the screwdriver into a particular crevice, but overall it was no harder than grills I've put together in the past. I do wish the base was more sturdy, but now that it's parked more-or-less permanently on my backyard patio I don't think there's much to worry about. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to get the burners going on this thing! Just turn the knob, and you're done. No igniter switch to repeatedly jab, no tiny hole to stick a match through to ignite the gas. Just turn, hear the click, and there it goes. Not only that, it gets hot FAST. Only had to wait a couple minutes before the grill was ready for some steaks to be thrown on it. But, it's not all fast clicks and speedy steaks. There is very little in the way of adjusting the heat on the burners. I tried high, medium and low on them and at most there was a 100 degree difference between the lowest and highest setting. I really expected more variance than that. To get around that I often will cook with indirect heat instead, light the burner on the far left and put the food in the middle of the grill. The problem with that is it ends up using more gas. The other problem is that the top grill that's suspended ~6 inches from the main grill plates doesn't move. Typically those bars retract when one opens the grill, but this one is stationary. It makes it so that the back part of the grill is very hard to use with that brill blocking access. I get around that by removing it when I know I'm not going to use it, but it really would have been better if it retracted because now I always have to make that forward-thinking choice. Nevertheless, I really enjoy this grill despite its flaws.

Overall a good quality grill. Everything works great except temperature gauge.even with only 3 burners on it pegs out at 700 degrees.

It has all of the premium features including 5 burners.. this grill is absolutely perfect I would highly recommend it..

I knew as soon as I opened the shipping box that this was probably a quality grill. Any company that takes the extra step to surround and protect something this heavy with loads of foam must be proud of their merchandise. And rightly so! This is one nice grill. The assembly instructions are easy to follow, and once bolted together, the cabinet is very sturdy. After testing for gas leaks and operating it on high for 15 minutes as specified in the manual (The temperature gauge quickly went to 800+ degrees), we had to try some burgers and hot dogs. I spread the meat over the entire cooking surface to test the heating evenness, and was very satisfied with the results. The time it takes to cook the meat on this Dyna-Glo is noticeably less than on my old propane grill. The automatic igniters only work part time for some unknown reason, but using a match occasionally is not a problem. The 4 large swivel casters really make moving this into and out of the garage an easy process. Whether I'm grilling for 2 or 20 people, this Dyna-Glo will handle the job.

This is such a HUGE step up from our previous barbecue grills that I don't even know where to start. The stainless steel is very classy and has a nice finish. I almost hate to leave it outside! This is much larger than our previous grills and allows us to feed a crowd easily. The side burner is extra handy for heating things that don't work well on the grill portion. My husband was super excited to try this out and we look forward to serving some great meals over the course of the summer without heating up our house!

This grill has so far been a fantastic value. I researched many. Unfortunately my ac unit broke at the same time as the old grill, so my $700 budget had to be drastically cut! I was looking at the Weber grills. But the budget cuts had me looking elsewhere. Easy to put together, and is of high quality. The grill is heavy, but easy to roll and maneuver on my deck. The igniters are great...very easy to light. Heats up quickly and holds the temp. I do not have any issues with the gap in the back (actually all the grills I have had have a gap). love the pull out base for the propane tank too...only have seen this in the higher end grills.

This is an awesome grill. Period. 48,000 BTUs of evenly distributed heat to sear any steak in seconds (most grills are less than 30,000 BTUs. Porcelain-coated cast iron grill plates are easy to clean and do a great job of creating perfect sear marks on the meat. The temperature control is crazy accurate so I can cook fish and shrimp without too much heat, cook a roast at an even 400 degrees and sear and cook steaks at 800 plus degrees. I love this grill.
