Our very first Dyson! It’s a love at first buy.
This is our very first Dyson. It’s a love at first buy. We hesitated at first but we started thinking the benefits of this amazing product can deliver. It was the right decision and will be loyal to this product. It’s been since 2017, sorry for the late review! Thank you!
I bought this two weeks ago, was hoping for a quiet and good cooling , fail on everything! this unit is laud and not cooling as I expected ,definitely not worth the money!! I have Dyson hairdryer and love it ,but this fan is not what I expected at all ! ! Very disappointed !

Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. I am sorry to read your review and learn how disappointed you are in your Dyson Pure Cool air purifier and fan. Dyson Pure Cool features a HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including pollen, dust, mold spores, bacteria and pet dander. The second layer in the filter contains activated carbon to capture household odors and volatile organic compounds like paint fumes. The machine also features a sleep timer, oscillation and 10 air speed settings.
Our Purifiers & fans do not have Freon, so they are not an air conditioner, but it does work better than standard fans. Dyson fans use Air Multiplier technology to create a powerful stream of uninterrupted airflow. Air is accelerated through an annular aperture, creating a high-velocity jet of air. This passes over an air foil-shaped ramp, channeling its direction and creating areas of low pressure behind and around the fan. The change in pressure forces surrounding air to be drawn into the airflow, resulting in a powerful stream of smooth cooling air. I hate I waited so long to purchase
I bought this fan during Black Friday 2020 and it was one of the best purchases I've made. It has great setting features that provides options on how I want my fan to operate. It gives me the option to run it on a weekly/weekend schedule, so I never have to turn it on or off every day. The best feature is the app. It is so user friendly and such great quality. I'm glad I made this purchase. I am a Dyson fan for life.
