A wall in our laundry room had no studs to use as supports for a shelf for putting heavier items on, so i found these at HD. They were easy to install and they easily support the weight. They did the job they claim to do. Excellent product.

No they did not. I sent a message stating one worked as it was supposed to but one would never trip the support bar. It was defective,!!! It made the job take so much longer than it should have and writing this now is also irritating because I already write to Home Depot once without any response.

Hit or miss
The main problem is if you make a mistake, you can't hide/cover it as well as a reg screw hole. You have to have the levels exactly or you're gonna have holes all over. Over half of them were faulty. I tried hanging some shelves in my bathroom. All the stud/screws were faulty. So in the end I wasn't able to hang any shelves. Debating if I want to take another shot at it with a different product. Every project I start ends up a full days work which is ridiculous for only hanging stuff. I spent over 2hrs trying to get the shelves lines exact only for the studs to be crap. Now I have a 4×10 wall with huge holes.

These bolts worked So far and I feel confident that they will continue to hold my shelving up for years to come. One reviewer mentioned that when tightening the screw it feels like you’re just turning forever and nothing happens. That is true but if you keep on( by hand) eventually they pull that toggle in!! Make sure though that you turn the arrow to the correct position to get the full strength. I would buy these again if I needed to

Very easy to use and does the job intended for, the only con I see is that you cannot put two anchors close together because I would interfere in the mechanism of the wing expansion and/or jeopardize the integrity of the drywall.
