I got a chance to try my brush attachment for the multi-head system to brush some snow. In short, it works well. Needs wheels. However (fancy but), it is somewhat awkward and heavy to maneuver. Basically the entire weight of the brush sits on the ground. I wished it had wheels to allow some weight removal by tilting the battery end down so the brush end could pivot up a bit and take some of the weight off. Very effective at moving the snow though. I was out there using it while it was actively snowing. The brush would throw the snow forward about 5-6 ft. Once in awhile it would roll up some good sized snow chunks but for the most part it would just spray the snow ahead of it. Of course that means there was a pile of snow at the end of the path of brushing. See pics.

Can't believe HD doesn't advertise these better in their actual store. I used a few gas powered brooms on construction sites and loved them so when I saw that EGO had a battery operated one it went to the top of my list. We live in the PNW so mud and moss build up on walkways is a way of life. We usually haul the pressure washer out once or twice a year to clean things up. Yesterday I went out and ran the EGO brush over our wet rainsoaked walkway and knocked most of the gunk off of it on the first run. I made two runs down the walkway (2 1/2' x 100') on high speed with one of our small batteries before the light indicated it was getting low. A quick spray down with the regular garden hose and the walkway was all clean. It's quiet too...I can hear a phone ring while I use it vs the gas powered brushes where I had to use my hearing protection.

It's huge! 22" across and 10+" diameter. You'd better have a strong back to use this tool - I'm 6'4" and to hold this attachment at the correct angle you may need to hunch over a little. Over all it works as advertised. It will not replace a pressure washer but it does a good job of brushing a paver walkway for instance.

Be careful ordering these items. You also need to order the power pole - this is just the attachment. It arrived in a box that was flimsy and not taped, so it was open and damaged. It took a month to arrive. I will return it when they start taking returns again.

I have found multiple uses for this EGO Bristle Brush Head. Of particular surprise was using it for snow removal from the driveway and our deck. Had only about 3-4” but it threw the snow easily. Like all of the EGO products they represent the phrase “you get what you are willing to pay for”
