Heavy duty quality runner that stays in place. It does have a rubber smell upon initial installation but that slowly goes away after 10 days to 2 weeks. Grippers do a good job of holding it in place. Although running kids and heavy usage could cause minor movement.

Good product. Works as expected

This clear runner is sturdy. It won’t move around from where I put it. It is worth the price. Unlike runners that bend/fold, bunch up, and move, this runner lies flat over a sparkly rug on the “traffic zone” of my carpet in the hall from outside my bathroom (protecting it from water droplets).

Nice size for under my treadmill

I purchased this runner for my mother's house. It is a perfect fit for her hallway (36" wide) and completely covers the carpet. Also, it was long enough that I was able to cut it and use the extra piece in another location. The runner is made of a heavy vinyl so it stays flush on the carpet and I don't have to worry about my mother tripping. As you know the lighter weight runners bunch up. I had a hard time finding a vinyl runner of this quality. Thank you Home Depot for carrying such a great product of exceptional quality at a great price!!!

Perfect size and thickness. Doesn't slide off the carpet, the spikes are the right length and strength.

It was good, price was little high

Installing a treadmill over low pile carpet. Needed something to protect the carpet from the heavy 3'x7' vulcanized rubber treadmill mat. This runner was the perfect width. Cut the excess length easily with heavy scissors. A bit pricey for the given length, but it is thicker than the cheap runners and fit my needs perfectly. I would purchase this again.

Love the quality and sturdiness of the product. It will hold up under the amount of traffic we receive.

The product information gave me the impression this would work on a painted concrete floor, but it slides around and will not flatten out. We had to remove it after a couple of weeks because it still held the shape of the roll and it was a trip hazard. Very odd. Well-made but not what we needed.

This was exactly the product I needed to insure that the new carpet would not get destroyed by one of my wife's cats, the 36 inch wide vinyl covering has solved the problem and looks great also.

All seems to be good, only problem I found is the ends tend to want to curl up and catch on peoples feet.

The mat is of very good quality.

This is my second purchase of this runner. Most vinyl runners are around 27 in wide, and I really needed a 36 in wide runner. The first one has been in use on my apartment balcony for about three years and has held up beautifully through all kinds of weather. The second and most recent one is being used on my indoor stairs since I recently had new carpet installed. Instead of keeping it as one long piece, I cut sections to make a stair tread for each step. It still slides around quite a bit though, so I think I will eventually use some small pieces of carpet tape. The quality is great in that it is very sturdy and I expect it to last many years.

Cleats are spaced to far apart to be affective even on low pile carpet. This will not stay in olace when walking on it. I have used much cheaper and thinner carpet protectors thate had twice as many cleats that never moved.

homedepot is well known for selling a variety of tools and woodland others stuff , unfortunately their costumer service is the worse on the face of this earth, they are very very rude people no respect and arrogant ,
