As is usual, lousy inventory control and they were out of their bin and I found them 8 or 10 feet high in a rack several bins away from where their should have been. And as usual there was no one there to hep me get to them. So again I climbed the rack to get to the parts I needed.

When we moved in the stair railing had 3 different...
When we moved in the stair railing had 3 different shapes in 11 balusters. These replacements match one of those shapes, are consistant in shape and are straight. Primer coat is good. Looking forward to having a uniform stairway railing.
