Wow! Highly recommend! My son who was in an accident and was wheelchair bound came to spend Christmas with me. My house sits on a foundation and approximately a 6in step into the house. I ordered the ramp and was expecting that it wouldn’t work or I would have to do some major or minor work to adjust to get him and his wheelchair up into the front door.
All I had to do was slide the parts together and set it up over the threshold and it worked great! He was able to go out and back in the house by himself! Very sturdy and strong and I didn’t have to screw the ramp down to the threshold to keep it in place ! Excellent Product! Thank you to You who made this !

Ramp Transition Application
I used EZ-ACCESS TRANSITION on a hinged 4 inch high ramp made from 3/4 inch plywood. This product was easy to assemble and the extruded aluminum hinge offers height flexibility that results in a really smooth transition, which really helps with handicap folks using a walker. The product was delivered with a small "saw cut" defect near the hinge feature, which did not affect function, so I kept it. This product can only be purchased by mail order, and I could not take the time/hassle to return this one. I took off one quality bar for the defect. Overall, this product is well designed and sturdy, and really worked nicely for this application. Take a look at my attached picture.

This ramp is working out great for my elderly father. A step up or down is difficult for him and this ramp or 'step eliminator' is just perfect whether he wants to use his walker or chair. It was a little tricky to lock the panels together, I had to really look at the grooves for a minute to figure it out, but once you see how it is supposed to fit, it slides together easily. You can make this a permanent ramp by screwing in the threshold cover. There are holes there for screws. For the sliding glass door, we eliminated the highest panel and it fits perfect. We see that the high panel is the perfect height for the front door so that is probably a standard height if you are wondering about that. I definitely recommend this not only for it's good quality and good price but because it's portable or permanent; your choice.

It worked great and saved us a ton of money! We couldn't find one that would cover both sides of our door so we ended up ordering two and put them side by side. It makes it much easier for someone in a wheelchair to cross the threshold of the door.

Great ramp for what would have been a difficult problem
The ramp comes in three pieces made of of aluminum. It assembles easily and stays together. We used it to make for a 1.5" height difference in flooring between the room and the bathroom due to a recent flood reconstruction we had to do at my office. This ramp allows for people with wheelchair and such to access the restroom without any problems. Im glad they have such an easy solution! Prior to finding this product I was considering building something custom. Quality product.

This ramp met every requirement of this project, then some.
I'm building a ramp for my mom's house, and needed a seamless transition from the pavement to the wooden portion of the slope. She uses a walker, and we needed to come up with a way that would prevent her from having to lift the walker onto the ramp. This product exceeded every expectation we had, and has enabled our mom to once again venture outside the house.
