Everything was good except the hardware given wouldn't attach to the 3x3 posts so i had to buy auto body bolts which didn't match the coating on the rail. Other then that it was a very nice product.

Robust and easy to install.

I purchased the 24 foot section because I needed a 17 foot and a 4 foot railing for stairs. Was pretty easy to cut to length and install on 4x4in post with vinyl sleeves. Looks great and the stairs are much safer now. I would rcommend this product.

We found that the connectors for the bars needed to be longer and is currently partially useable. We had to order the larger connection pieces and we had to use a LOT of adhesive which was not described in the instructions. Also, the bar can be slick, so we needed to add a rough surface.

It is a very clean, quality design. It's beauty is in it's compliance with ADA standards. Falling on stairs is common but having a strong, well designed handrail can prevent serious injury. 5 stars!

Just installed last week. Heavy, attractive, and easy to mount on each side of outdoor deck stairs. A chop saw easily cut off one end of each to meet the right dimensions. I needed one 45 degree mounting bracket for each side and having such available would have been handy, but a good welding job of a small addition and powder coating of the newly designed bracket solved the problem. My contractor gave this product great raves, as did I the homeowner.

The EZ Handrail was well made and the installation was fast and easy. The accessories to complete the job fit well and all the parts that were required for the job were delivered together. The EZ Handrail Company put a lot of thought into their ADA products for a do-it-yourself installation.

This is a high quality product that provides a strong and sturdy handrail. I purchased a 24' piece so the delivery was a problem. When it was delivered the box was in poor shape. It was torn and was open on one end. This resulted in a handrail that was scratched and marked up on the four foot end that was exposed to the elements. Because the product was being used on a commercial job, I did not have the time to return it for a replacement.

Exactly what I was looking for in an outside handrail for my dock steps.

We installed this handrail and accessories in June 2016. It took almost two months to get the rail etc. after ordering at Home Depot Hilo Hawaii. The rail was shipped separate from the other hardware. After receipt of the rail was logged in at our store, Home Depot lost the railing by storing the rail in the store and forgetting where it was. It took almost another month and several visits for some determined Home Depot employees to locate our rail. Then our contractor installed and the railing was worth the wait. It is sturdy, durable, good looking, and a great addition to safety at our home. I would recommend the product without hesitation.

I order this product for inside use as I have 20 ft run down the stairs to the basement and wanted a nice product to match the bonze Baldwin door hardware and bronze light fixtures in the run. I was very pleased to see how solid the handrail, wall brackets and end caps were. Installation was a breeze. The 24 ft piece easily cut to 20 ft using a miter saw and wood blade as noted in the instructions. The two issues I have is that Bronze color I ordered is not actually bronze but a kind of battleship gray and the smooth texture of the handrail makes it slippery to hold on to. I am thinking of painting the product to get the desired bronze color I was looking for. Finally, the free shipping offered by Home Depot made it possible for me to purchase the product.

I placed a custom order through Home Depot for 4 10' sections of EZ Bronze handrails (online there is only the 24', 8' & 6' lengths available) with end caps, internal splices & brackets. You can cut the tubes to size with a 60-80 tooth blade. The handrails are nearly 2" OD painted aluminum poles that arrived at my local Home Depot well packaged safe and sound. You do need to be careful with the paint job on these handrails as it is painted and scratches easily. The set up was easy enough to install and all the misc. hardware (screws, drill bit, lag bolts) were all there. The price could be lower but it's hard to compare with other products as most other sch.40 metal handrail systems are made of different metal compositions like brass, stainless steel or finished anodized aluminum (not painted) ranging in price from $7-$13 LF. My EZ handrail order for 40 ft. of tubing came to $9.50 a LF. I can recommend the EZ handrail system to almost anybody and you don't need to be a great craftsman to install this product--just a confident DIY handy person with a few basic tools.
