Beautiful and outstanding product and very easy to install. Make sure to check all applicable building codes and double check all measurements prior to drilling. Includes all parts as well as the drill bit for attaching bracket to handrail.

We hired a handyman to install this new handrail in our garage and my wife loves it. It’s very well made and sturdy.

Ease of installation was excellent along with the posts. One person can install it, but it's much easier with a helper.

Nice railing. Please provide white knuts or screw to connect the railing to the support. Also please note that there are no pre drilled hole to connect railing to support.

Instructions were ample and straight forward for the average DIY. Finish and fit really made the project stand out and detail to colored bolt covers is an example. I combined a pressure treated 4x4 with pvc covers/caps for posts and used EZ rail to connect and tie together. Only complaint is the lag bolt needs a SS washer to prevent bolt from chipping bracket base when tightening. Luckily the bolt cover ..well..covered it. Also for the caps I would of preferred a set screw rather than forcefully hammering in the end caps which was difficult. For a painted pipe and brackets the price was average.

Rail is well constructed and came with all necessary bolts and even the correct drill bit. Priced on the high side but it is a very good product. Not sure how it will last in the outdoor elements at this stage.

I am female average DIYer, and needed to replace wood handrail that rotted. Found EZ Handrail as above average quality (basically a pipe), and moderate assembly ability needed. Need two people to assemble. All parts were included with purchase, thus, loved that I did not need to get extra pieces. Only issue, believe it is a high cost for basic materials. 3 pieces of pipe for $500 is investment. Your paying for convenience. If your looking for handrail that will be around for long period, looks great, and dont have heartburn about cost, then this is for you.

Looks and feel solid, installation is not difficult but I wish there were an indented line going through the length of the handrail to use as a guide to drill the holes where the screws go to attach the brackets. All in all a great handrail.

Great DIY design, very easy to install. However, the end caps are smaller than the main cylinder, leaving a very noticeable gap.

This was pretty easy to put up. It looks very good and is very sturdy. Make sure you drill the brackets into a 2X4 - use a stud finder.

I wish a separate drill bit for attaching to metal posts (sold separately) would have been included; otherwise, the railing arrived exactly as pictured/described and has lived up to expectations.

Lots of scratches and end is damaged (would be ok if I had touch-up paint). White screws and cap for lag screw. Since I was the customer I can live with them, but if it was a paid customer I would've returned it.

I am very impressed with this product and recommending it to others! It was easy to install all that it required from me was a drill, pencil, rubber mallet (to pound in the ends), drill sockets and a tape measure. They included the drill bit which made it way easier than I was expecting. If you have a bit of small home repair it is no problem and took me about 30 mins to mark and install. Once it was installed it was sturdy enough for Grandma to use who has issues with walking. It looks great and a nice addition to our mudroom.

Needed 3 handrails for 5 step stairs. Bought 1 as a trial. Easy peasy. Bought 2 more. Follow the step-by-step installation guide. Get all the tools lined up 1st, plus scissors for opening pouches, and a center punch & hammer. I installed handrails on brick, so I bought the recommended Tapcon 5/16" x 3" concrete anchors (which worked great) & a 1/4" x 4" cement drill bit, and borrowed a hammer drill. Good installation videos on YouTube. - Important to use 5/32" metal drill bit to drill the handrail (previous review mentioned trouble drilling) and a center punch helps too. - Changes to steps 11 - 14: 11. Measure & put masking tape to cover & protect handrail where the wall brackets will touch. Use pencil and tape measure to mark 1st hole to be drilled for the lower wall bracket (7.5" for me). Use center punch and hammer to mark it for easy, no slide drilling. Drill the hole. 12. Use metal screw and hex bit driver to loosely (2 or 3 turns) hold the handrail in place (wall brackets already installed loosely but snug). Use pencil to make marks for the 3 other holes. Take handrail down and used center punch again before more drilling. 13. With 4 holes drilled, remove masking tape and install handrail to the wall brackets using metal screws and hex bit driver. Have all 4 screws started before making it snug and make sure wall bracket is tightly aligned with the handrail. 14. After all 4 metal screws are tight, you can then fully tighten the wall bracket to the wall with a larger hex bit driver. - Also used center punch to mark drill points on bricks too (step 7 - 8). - Other review mention blemishes on handrail. Mine had a couple of minor blemishes, so it was not 100% perfect but way, way good enough; no one will notice.

Great sturdy product, nice finish, outstanding support. Ordered the hand rail to install on free standing aluminum posts on concrete stairs. The handrail is sturdy has quality finish and easy to install. There are no fasteners or instructions on how to mount this kit to an aluminum post. However this product has an outstanding product support. Both phone and email was answered immediately by English speaking tech savvy staff, capable to address installation complications (not searching instruction manual for answers and keeping me on hold). They offered to send appropriate fasteners for mounting to aluminum posts instead of supplied wood fasteners and provided specifications on what would work if purchased in a local hardware store.

The product is very sturdy and maintenance free. Looked around for awhile before finding this one, just what we were looking for.

I replaced my old 8' wooden handrail, leading down into the basement, with this nice looking 8' aluminum one made by Madden Manufacturing. Because it isn't heavy, I installed it myself. It came with all the needed parts to safely and securely install it (see photo). I installed the bracket hole 34" up from the step and the railing is 1 1/2" away from the wall. I only used 2 of the 3 brackets. The handrail is 2" in diameter. The smooth bronze look is very nice. The instructions were helpful and filled with step by step diagrams.

It took more time for me to think about installing it than the actual installation. The rail came with everything needed to get it to its place, including a drill bit to drill the holes to where the brackets will hold to the rail. I did need some tools but overall it was easy. The rail feels smooth and nice. We do not really need the rail but just for safety I installed it, for those times that any of us have lost our balance now there is a rail to hold on to. overall is a great product, well made.

Agree with other positive reviews. I was surprised how easily my son was able to install the handrail at my front steps, on a wall with decorative planks. The included metal drill bit was a great help so he didn't have to find the exact size in his tool kit. The end result is what appears to be a strong, quality hand rail, and it is more attractive than I had imagined. Very pleased. The fact that the brackets could be mounted first, then the handrail could be moved up or down so it could be placed for most convenient hand hold ... perfect. Re mounting the handrail to the brackets. He drilled one hole, then mounted with its screw, then with it perfectly positioned, he was able to drill through the bracket to the rail and be sure they holes were in the exact right place. Before he came up with that method, he had a hard time holding the round rail and drilling ... even though I too was holding it.

Item was easy to install, everything that was needed was in the box. Good quality item.

I needed a hand rail for the steps between my garage and kitchen after a fall, where I missed the bottom step. This fit the bill perfectly! I ordered white to match my trim. My young adult son was able to install it with minimal assistance from me (mainly holding it for measurements and holding it steady for drilling). He was able to locate two studs for the fastening bolts. The instructions were easy to follow. I am so pleased with how nice the hand rail looks! It feels very sturdy, and I am much more comfortable negotiating the steps now. The end caps and bolt covers also make it look more "professional." I looked everywhere online for a pre-made hand rail kit, and this was the only one I found. My only other option would have been to call a handyman and have one made, which would have been much more expensive! I am very pleased with this purchase.
