Worked as stated, slips over post, gives great finished look...
Worked as stated, slips over post, gives great finished look to post. 2 piece cover would b nice option so you can adjust base bolts after installing railing. Once railing is installed the one peice cover can not be slid up for access to mounting bolts. Hope wood structure does not shrink too much.
