Everything went smoothly with the installation. Had to mount on a brick wall so I used metal anchors and the stainless lag bolts provided. Would order again.

Rail is nice and sturdy but over priced.

Diameter was too wide. Hand may slip while holding onto it.

The product is well made and attractive in appearance. My only criticism is that the tube is a little thick in diameter. A child has difficulty getting a grip with their small hands.

I installed this handrail to access my kitchen from the carport. The product was received in only 3 days after ordering on line. Installation went very well and my wife likes it very much. I especially like the fact that it will be less likely to corrode and the mounting hardware provides for secure mounting. I installed it today in about an hour.

Was fairly easy to install. Attractive and very sturdy. Just what we wanted.

Installed in about 45 minutes....comes with all the hardware needed except if you install in masonry....You do have to locate the holes for the mounting brackets in the hand rail....oh and a helper to assist in holding the rail while locating the bolt holes in the wall is very nice to have.

great quality and length. originally bought the 3 ft. and returned it. the 4 ft. is easier to hold. 3ft. felt bulky

I ordered a "silver" handrail and a black one was delivered in a box labeled silver. This is the 2nd time this has happened at Home Depot on-line service. This time I called to have the supplier check the color before sending. they confirmed it was silver, but sent the black one anyway.

The product came very well packaged and everything needed to mount the rail the day it arrived came with it (minus the tools of course). Even came with a drill bit for making the perfect holes to attach the mounting brackets to the rail. Huge plus and it cut through the aluminum like butter. For my application, I couldn't really use the lag bolts that were supplied because it was too difficult to locate the studs from the outside wall of my front porch Textured walls make that very difficult, but I was able to use some anchoring fasteners (Tap-Con - also from Home Depot) that provided a very sturdy feeling to the rail. All and all, I'm happy with the way it turned out. Only downside I found was when attaching the brackets to the handrail itself, the lip of the mounting brackets that attaches directly to the handrail were a little to narrow, causing the socket I used to tighten the screws down rub on the side of the mount because there is just enough room. Nothing a little touch-up paint can't fix.

Was very satisfied! Some assy was required but most should be able to install it. Looks great on the house!
