In order to have more benefit I think you should use the Etch product first

The degreaser (and sealent) are wonderful together, they clean and seal the driveway very well. When used with the sealer it creates a barrier between moisture in the cement. Water beads up on top of the driveway and rolls away. The only caution is thar the moisture beads will freeze when cold weather sets in. I’ve told several people about your products and we’ve had about 15 to 20 people in our neighborhood clean and seal their driveways with your products. Excellent!

Easy to spray on, no damage to vegetation adjacent to our porch. And it WORKED! Removed stains except for the truly most resistant. A double-application and scrubbing with long-handled brush solved it. We used it in conjunction with a pressure washer on a large cement porch.

It didn't compete get out grease/oil marks but it did better than I had hoped for.

My patio was not in bad shape. Probably any regular cleaner would have worked. Worked ok but a little over kill and costly.

Works great. Good cleaner for anything concrete and a must for neutralizing after an acid process involving etching or staining. I appreciate the fact that it is concentrated.

The cleaner met expectations.

Used it full strength to try to remove oil and grease stains on garage floor. Tried three times but didn't seem to do a thing. Water still beaded up where the oil had dripped and discoloration about the same.

I am very disappointed in this product. It did not do what was advertised.

It worked perfectly. All oil stains were gone prior to applying sealant.

Not strong enough to dissolve the engine oil soaked into the concrete. A little disappointed!
