The Sun Sail meets the intended expectations for providing a nicely shaded outdoor covering, with enough room to comfortably fit two to three lawn chairs and a small table. It's an economical choice and constructed with durable material. However, the shortcoming to the Sun Sail, and the reason for only 4 out 5 stars, is the plastic nylon braided "so called" rope - it's very short in length and because of the plastic nylon weave, it is not well suited for tying knotts. So do yourself a favor, toss the strands of so called rope, and use some real rope or para cord for tying off to your anchor points. Included are pics of 1) shaded area, 2) so called rope next to a lawn chair for perspective on how short it is, and 3) para cord used on the anchor point. Keep in mind, that the angle of the sun based on the time of day, and your placement of the Sun Sail will determine how much shade covering you'll enjoy. Also, a personal recommendation: if you encounter strong, gusting winds, release the tension on one of the anchor points - the Sun Sail is so durable that it will catch the wind and put significant strain on whatever it's tied to!
