Looks great, much better than the ones with visible screws. We use these for any outlets/switches at eye level and on the backsplash. The ground outlets get the covers with visible screws. These are easy to install and the cover removes by pulling it up from the bottom (sometimes need a flat head screwdriver). I've used dozens of these and not one has broken. Also, easy to clean.

The Eaton Aspire line of screwless wall plates is an excellent product. Extremely fast and easy to install. I purchased 1-gang, 2-gang, 3 gang and 6 gang plates to do a full replacement of all switch plates in the house. Since the screw-type Decora plates were already there, there was virtually no time spent aligning the switches and plugs so that the Aspire multi-gang plates would sit correctly. Note that the Aspire plates are about 1/4 inch wider and taller than the old screw-type plates they replaced. The face of these plates is a polished-look finish. The sides are slightly less polished looking, but not exactly matte. It is a nice modern look. And the larger size looks good too. The base plate screws into the unused tiny holes at the top and bottom of each switch using the pre-threaded screws on the base plate. The cover plate then just clicks into place. Takes about a minute to install each one, not counting preparation time. They sit flush to the wall, but if any adjustment to the switch position is needed, this is easy too, as holes in the base plate leave the switch screws fully accessible. I believe the Aspire line is a better choice than the Lutron Claro plates, as there is not a side ridge between the back and face plates to get dusty and dirty as might happen with the Claro. The Eaton Aspire plates were hard to find online. I almost gave up before stumbling on them on homedepot.com. Should have looked there first!
