It was too big to fit under my kitchen sink. I had to return it and get a 4 gallon instead.

Instant hot water. Enough to wash hands or fill a pot, but not much more. Very useful.

It’s perfect for our half bath. Fits right inside the vanity and instant hot water. Love it.

I had a hard time trying to get the water connections to stop leaking. This is the only water heater that I have had a problem with; not sure if the problem is with the threaded connections or not. Other than that, it works better than expected; it is compact and easy to handle. Having almost instant hot water is nice. It is installed within a couple of feet of the bath lavatory.

Exceeds my expectations. Using it outside in cold weater with quick-connect hoses to provide hot water for mixing horse feed. We disconnect the hoses in freezing weather and drain them. The heater stays on and does not freeze.

I bought this for my dad to install in his home. Even though it's a newer home (<3 years old) the hot water delivery was poor in the master bath because the hot water heater was on the opposite side of the house, some 54' worth of PEX tubing away. Insulating the run did little to improve the hot water delivery and it still took some 2-1/2 minutes before hot water flowed through the faucet. This solved that problem immediately. All that was necessary was to buy some elbows, braided water lines and run power to the cabinet. I installed it without doing any major plumbing, installing this water heater between the hot water valve and the faucet under the sink. Problem solved!

Easy to install and works great. 1.5 gallons doesn't quite last until regular hot water comes in line, but great for hand washing and prep of sink for washing.

Water was not as hot as I thought it would be but is sufficient. Had to use a lot of plumbers tape to get the inlet, outlet and expansion valve to stop leaking

Great just what we wanted for our upstairs bathroom

i installed it at my property in the mountains and in 15 mins had HOT water... sure does feel good too have a nice hot shower in the middle of no where..

Great to have instant hot water, fits nicely under the sink. 120v makes it work well with the dishwasher outlet. Had to buy adapter for hot out connector since the center has something protruding. Had a hot water curculator previously and cold was always hot, with this you have hot and cold instantly.
