I had hoped that the previous reviews left on this product were just a matter of bad circumstance. I placed my order and waited two months to receive these beautiful wooden faux beams. I finally received them today I ordered an 18 foot beam, and a 14 foot beam. Both came damaged. I am surprised at the way they were packaged, which just involved a lot of cardboard and plastic tie wraps. Both ends of the boxes were open and exposed, and they didn’t seem very well supported. I am not surprised, now seeing the product on the packaging, that many people complained that these products arrive broken. I will not be re-ordering these as they already took two months to come in the first place.

Incorrect color sample on website. Be sure to order samples before you purchase.... wish I had. Now my project is delayed. The beam itself looks realistic from a distance and is a good value- if you can manage to get the color you want. If the manufacturer or Home Depot can fix this problem then I would recommend. Here is a picture of the Natural Pine.

The inside dimensions of the product are supposed to be 4" and the delivered is down to 3-1/4" in areas. Inconsistency and poor craftsmanship is not something i paid $300 per for. Should have made my own.

Color did not match the color on website

We ordered 2 pcs. One 20' beam and an 8' beam. The cost was $960.00. First of all, It took way to long to recieve, 6 weeks. When it finally arrived it was painted Gray not Riverwood Expresso Brown. It was well packaged and easy to install. Very disappointed in the color. It is not Brown in any ones mind. It is Gray. You need to order a Color sample before purchasing. We will have to re-paint the beam. We should have purchased a real Wood beam. It would have faster and cheaper. I would not reccommend this product.

We received two beams and both were no way near the color that was portreyed on their web sight. We gave up and painted it the color we thought we were going to receive. How can a blue beam be called espresso color?

Delivery a little slow but everything else was great

It needs to be put in the information that the are built out of some kind of plastic . Will never order these again .

Beam looks great!No one can tell that the beam is not real wood.I ordered the 18” beam. Delivery was delayed a few weeks, so allow extra time.

The beams look absolutely fantastic !! They were a breeze to install, we even had some angles.I ordered the pre stained and the color is perfect ! Look very real

Great product, realistic looking, light weight and easier to install than wood beams. Just note that color of beams on your computer may be different that the actual color, since computer monitors vary. The beams appeared more taupe in color on my computer and they were more greyish in person.

Picture online is not what product looks like was expecting it to fit over a 2x4 but it does not at all inside diameter is way to small

Sturdy product, worth the value. Packaged very well for shipment.

2 of the 4 beams arrived damaged - one cracked/split, one with surface covering chipping.... disappointing after waiting 8 weeks for delivery. Returned.

One was cracked so we aren’t going to install that one. We don’t have time left in the project to wait for a new one to come.

Heavily sanded and Getting Angles on these Beams is Very Difficult wanted to do an __/````\__ but never to get the angles right .

A beautiful looking product that looks totall authentic and doesn’t take down the ceiling.

Awesome product very easy to install start to finish only took about 45 min to install looks like real wood and I did it myself with little help from my wife!!!
