This medallion was easy to install (according to my handyman). It's around a ceiling fan (see photo) in my dining room, and I had another installed around the fan at the top of the stairs. I plan to also have the same one installed around the fans in my living room, family room, and all the bedrooms. The relief (depth) of the carving is quite substantial, giving it an elegant appearance that adds delightful detail to my traditional mouldings and décor. And the price doesn't break the bank! Extremely satisfied with the product and recommend it highly.
