Poor quality control. When my husband took two of the four sets we ordered out of the box, they had been packaged before the paint was dry so that they stuck together and he had to re-touch up the paint.

Product was very well crafted. The priming was applied evenly and was easy to paint. The packaging was beyond expectations as each shutter was meticulously wrapped and protected against any damage during shipping or handling. Excellent product all the way around.
