DO NOT BUY AN ELECTROLUX! I bought one a month ago. It never worked. I had 2 of their certified repairmen come to the house and said it was a factory defect. I have been trying to deal with them for over a month to get a replacement - which they admit I am entitled to. I have been told multiple times (4now) to give them 24-48hrs to process. I have a broken washing machine brand new in my home for well over a month and they are being incredibly uncooperative in replacing it.

Worst appliance purchase I have ever had. Dryer didn’t work out of the box, Manufacturer took over 2 months to repair. HD did nothing to help. Both of these companies have lost my future business.

To this day, I have two unusable electrolux washer and dryers sitting in my kitchen because Home Depot's installers carelessly hooked up the water line which resulted in catastrophic basement flooding. The flooding occurred on 10/28. It is currently 11/15, and nobody is taking responsibility for my accumulating invoices. Beware of home depot delivery. They say they will take care of you, punt you to a 3rd party company, and then have you fight in a banana court over what they will pay in damages. Quite frankly the most dishonest interaction I have ever had. Since purchasing these very expensive machines, I have had to go to my local laundry mat 3 times bc of Home Depot's obstructionist tactics in paying me back the damages to my house. Stay away from Home Depot.

Please be sure my 24 month no interest fee kicks in. Otherwise all good so far. Love it!

Our second Electrolux stackable! Love the new features.

The first unit had a bad door seal. It leaked the first time it was used. The replacement was damaged at the warehouse but the damage wasn't noticeable when looking at the box. Once the unit was removed you could see the damage to the right side. The third unit is working fine.

Dries great! Even the king size sheets come out dry and don’t ball up with other items.

I bought the Electrolux Lux Care washer-dryer combo, 3 months ago at the local Home Depot store. The washer door is factory defective. Electrolux have not respond with the necessary replacement of the washer. The warranty is not honored, despite of the service calls that recognize that the washer is a lemon. Don't buy products that are expensive and if a damaged product, the company use denial, and unreasonable delays, instead of replacing the defective product in time and caring manner.

No matter the setting, this washer is extremely efficient on water usage and gets clothiers super clean. I love this washer and am sold to buy Electrolux from now on!

About a year after purchase this washer started making an insane amount of noise when in operation. On Googling and looking on Reddit it appears the bearings have failed. Warranty is 1 year. Sad, sad day. Worked great for a year but now I need to purchase a new washer.

Great set. I’ve bought it multiple times as we’ve moved over the years. Always very pleased.

We've had it for a month - so far, so good. The real test will be how it performs in 2 or 3 years. A lot of these machines have a very short shelf life.

Worked well for first 5 months, now door is locked, washer won't start any cycles, and even a factory reset can't get it going, add to that, Electrolux only offers support Mon-Fri, so good luck getting it fixed without taking time off from work.

Brought this washer 3 years ago and had problems from the beginning. Door leaked, and even with a small light load, when spinning, it made this loud banging noise,yesterday the machine made this horrible screech and when I open the door the gasket had turned inside out. The repair person, he came out and said the suspension tore through the plastic tub and would cost over $ 1000 to fix. The internal tub is stainless surrounded by a thin plastic tub. It's not like this washer was inexpensive, it's just made cheap. Pick a different brand!

This dryer is so much better than my last one. I love all the options for temperature etc. I enjoy using this one, if it’s possible to enjoy doing laundry! :)

Electrolux makes the BEST washers. They are quiet and get my whites as bright as can be!

I’ve only had it for 2 weeks and the hot water inlet valve is already failing.

I had to replace my stacked (all-in-one) 20 year old unit. I opted for stackable washer and stackable dryer units and am glad I did, since there was nothing wrong with my old dryer portion but the bearings were shot on the washer - had to get rid of the entire unit. I've only had the appliances for two weeks now, but so far so good!

My previous dryer, which I liked, suddenly died, and one of the needed replacement parts was no longer available. So, my husband and I went shopping for a new one. After comparing several models from multiple manufacturers, we decided the Electrolux Perfect Steam Gas Dryer best suited our needs. We liked the options the model offered, and the more we read about Electrolux the more we liked the manufacturer. It took a few loads before I got used to the difference between the Electrolux model and my previous machine. In the end, once I became familiar with the various options and how to access them (which is quite easy) I love it. In fact, I couldn't be happier. It's easy to "program" the various options, and it leaves the clothes and other items perfectly dried. For my family, I'm sold on Electrolux and especially this model.

As the title says, I strongly recommend you buy the pedestals or have some other sort of stand to get these off the ground if you're a tall. We bought them but they couldn't be installed right away and Dealing with bending over that low for every load is difficult. The reason for dropping a star is that depending upon the size of the load, the dry level changes. Not the setting, the actual dampness of the clothing. A smaller load comes out wetter than a larger load for some reason.

Needs repairs in less than 2 years. Customer service just sent a link to find a local repair service, but the warranty will not cover anything after 1 year. Don't waste your money.

This machine has been broke since 3 months after purchasing and it’s over 1 year and STILL waiting for Electrolux to come and fix it !!!! I’m done … it’s going to the CURB !!! I will NEVER purchase an Electrolux anymore !!!
