On the very 1st day deliver and install , the bottom ice maker malfunction , water was leaking , my whole kitchen floor flooded over night! The appearance was beautiful but the refrigerator is terrible. It does hold its temperature , all my food spoiled including all the meat in my freezer. So disappointed !

Enjoying our new refrigerator very much! We formerly had a side-by-side and this is a terrific upgrade to a more modern kitchen. Love the stainless and love the wave touch features that Electrolux uses and the beautiful blue lighting. The counter depth model is attractive and makes it easier to find items that easily get lost in a standard depth fridge. Love the glass shelves, the double ice bin and soft serve drawer for ice cream. The water dispenser in the door is handy but the water could be colder for an upcoming improvement design. I do have trouble finding spots for tall items but other than those two minor issues, the refrigerator is great! The French door styling is great and the bottom freezer is spacious and convenient!

We wound up needing a counter depth frig and the Electrolux was a wonderful choice and outstanding product!

I've had several Electrolux appliances, but this is my first refrigerator. Very happy so far. Love the soft close drawers and soft serve drawer in freezer-keep bread in there. Nice deep freezer.

This is our 2nd Electrolux refrigerator, we absolutely love them both! I love all of the lights inside, keeps everything bright and clean. I love that it makes ice on the outside door and inside he freezer as well.

Love the way I can organize my groceries, easy to See and easy to access. The large drawer is a great, I change how I use it depending on what I need. The soft serve drawer and two ice machines are a dream come true.

This was a replacement for a dud that quit making ice after 2 years. We purchased this one because of the 2 ice makers. Keeps up with us. Love the soft serve drawer. Disappointed in the fact that the water is not chilled...never considered that it would not be, since most models with door dispensers serve cold water.

This is a beautiful fridge with a glimmering finish. However, don't let water run down the front and then dry. It will leave a streak that cannot be removed - only covered up with stainless cleaner. The two ice makers are a nice feature when you have a large group. The freezer is divided into three drawers which makes it easy to find items. The compressor/fan is a little louder than some competitive models. We had a lot of trouble with the ice maker in our first Electrolux fridge. They finally replaced our old fridge with this new model. So far it's worked flawlessly.

Fine refrigerator but when ice for the external door nears capacity, the refrigerator will make a loud whirring sound.

This is that latest in our saga with Electrolux refrigerators and after 4 months it appears that Electrolux has finally gotten it right. Our original model (non-wave) was purchased in late 2009 had extensive problems with the ice maker to the point that it was replaced in 2011 and again with the current Wave model in March of 2016 (luckily under extended warranty, recommended). The ice maker now looks and works like a finished product and the addition of the second ice maker In the bottom freezer section helps a lot although taking up some freezer space. The top ice maker no longer drips anywhere near as much as the old model did. Basically I am very happen with the current model and it looks like Electrolux has finally put together a well-engineered product.

Bought our first of these five years ago and loved it except for the problematic ice maker. After yet another failure of the ice maker, Electrolux agreed to replace with a new version. So now we have all the features we loved in the old one with a dramatically redesigned ice maker that works!!

It's a beautiful refrigerator with great features. The only negative is we wish there were more places to store taller items. The 2 ice makers do a very good job.

Ice maker broke twice. When it operated, the ice production was slow. Wave touch controls broke after 2 years. Now numbers are not legible. Freezer and fridge temperature fluctuate from 0 to 16 degrees and 38 to 54 degrees respectively. I am done throwing money at it and loosing food.

This is a replacement for my last Electrolux fridge which had problem after problem with the ice-maker. I've been told the newer models have the issues resolved and so far so good. Love the look and still matches my other Electrolux appliances.

Excellent features but first refrigerator had to be replaced because of issues with top ice maker and repair included a 2 inch thick piece of foam being applied to back outside surface of refrigerator. Ugly! Also soft close drawers did not work. Took 3 repair attempts to get a replacement refrigerator and now new refrigerator dra.wers don't work and is leaking cold air around door seal. Hopefully the repairs will go better.

I previously purchased Electrolux cloths washer and dryer. Found the refrigerator to be in our price range and based on our experience with laundry appliances, purchased this refrigerator. and double hung combination convection/microwave oven.

The double ice makers are very convenient. The door with the ice dispenser closes on its own when opened. The door without the ice dispenser stays open when opened. This is inconvenient when loading or unloading the refrigerator.

So far I love this appliance. It's easy to see everything on the shelves and the use of space is very efficient. I love the double ice makers and the freezer drawer

The unit is 4 months old and works great. Soft close doors and second ice maker are nice.

We got this refrigerator about a month ago, replacing a somewhat cranky previous model of Electrolux. First of all, the ice making appears to be flawless; this was a problem with our previous model, and is an industry-wide problem for all refrigerator manufacturers, and it's a big deal. The LED lighting is intelligently focused and very illuminating without being overly bright or in the eyes. Soft-closing drawers are a very convenient feature, as is the medium temp (for ice cream, mostly) separate freezer drawer. And of course it's very energy efficient.

This was a replacement for a defective Electrolux product. This one works better, so far. At first, I was not impressed with the extra ice maker in the freezer because it took up a lot of freezer space, but I recently had surgery and that extra supply of ice was so important to keep my knee iced down. It will also be great for summer entertaining. Some reviewers complained about noise, but I find this refrigerator quieter than my first one.

The glass shelves are so easy to remove and keep clean and you can use them as serving trays for parties. They are so much nicer than the typical plastic shelves that are normally seen in refrigerators.

We bought the refrigerator 6 wks ago and freezer fan had to be replaced immediately. Went on vacation, put it on vacation mode, came back, reset it, and temp was in the 40s, spoiling food. Since then, runs close to 40 although set at 34 degrees

Beautiful refrigerator! Keeps everything at a set temperature without difficulty. Perfect Temp drawer is accurate also. Love the soft closing drawers.

Chiller drawer-awesome. Never have to worry about running out of ice with two ice machines. Lightning is easy on the eyes. Shelves are easier to remove for cleaning and moving. Overall I love this fridge.

This is my second - the first was replaced by Electrolux after being declared unrepairable after about 7 attempts. The replacement gave problems after about a week and needs a new compressor. It also makes strange fan noises and the drawers don't work right.

I bought this refrigerator less than 5 years ago and had problems with the I emailed from the beginning. After multiple repairs and replacements if the ice machine the fridge was replaced under warranty. The new fridge was delivered with dents in the door and was not able to be leveled. I have all Electrolux appliance and would never recommend them or purchase them again!

This is a replacement of an earlier model that had issues with an ice machine that could not be fixed. It runs very loud at times - looking at the manual and other reviews it sounds like this may be normal but the rickety sound sure doesn't appear to give an indication of normal operation. Will call customer service tomorrow to see what they say.
