Love the sink used in a small condo so the size is perfect. Easy install no cutting. I would recommend that you note on the description that it slides over the existing cabinet

We purchased this sink expecting it to enhance a top quality kitchen restoration. It was promptly shipped to our home, but unfortunately the finish at the top of the apron front was not uniform. When we returned it to our local Home Depot, they suggested having the replacement sink shipped to the store. The return would be easier in the event that it was also damaged. When the finish on the apron of the second sink did not meet our expectations, we decided to settle for one that we did not like nearly as well, but was cheaper.

Save your time and money
I originally ordered a KRAUS farm house sink
but unfortunately it was to large for our base cabinet, so I was forced to order this sink. This Elkay sink was packaged terribly and the sink was flimsy and lacked quality compared to the KRAUS sink. The sink didn't include a template for the counter top cut out or the sink strainer. The KRAUS sink was only 399 so if you got the room pick that one.
