A little larger and half the price of a similar edging I’ve been using.They are plastic and individual pieces so you won’t get a perfectly straight edge like you would from steel edging. For what I want these are great!

Works very well. Stands up solidly to aggressive mallet strikes. For best results, it is best to use an edging shovel or something similar to prep a trench.

Like others this is nice edging. Only adding this review as I've had mine for 10+ yrs and they are holding up great, I'd suspect a bit more brittle but I can still pull them and move them without breakage. Determine your line, if ground isn't soft wait for heavier rain or pre-water area well and/or start the line an inch or two deep with a spade shovel. Connect 3 or 4 and then gently drive the first two in a vertical straight down with rubber mallet. Straight down will keep the line level and you can then simply add another pc to the far end as you work across the area. If they try to dive on one side tap other or pull it out and drive it on it's own to establish a cut - pull out when straightened and reconnect to existing driven pc. continue till done. Look good and easy to install, my 11 yr old did fine helping.

love the interlocking feature, very easy to install did all 60 feet in less than an hour on hard ground. Now the gravel is staying off the rail for the gates.

These fit our needs for decorative edging. Installation easy and done in timely manner.

Not strong enough

This is a MUCH sturdier product than the one I was replacing. I only wish it came with some kind of thing to traverse corners. Looks attractive and was easy to assemble, just did a few at a time, hammered them in, and kept going. Now my mulch won't spillover onto the sidewalk!

These edgers are great!! I have used them along my stockade fence to keep my neighbors weeds from invading my flower garden.

My purpose was to retain mulch behind a sunken line of edgers. Choppers are tougher than another brand that I tried. Still advisable to soften the ground with water first. I broke one by not being careful. The short length of pieces allows for easy adjusting to varying ground level.
