I’ve decided to keep this fencing, but only because it looks really good from the front, and HD doesn’t offer anything more durable, unless you’re willing to put in a “real” fence. HOWEVER, having said that, I need to warn you that it’s pretty flimsy and the joints between the pieces are loose, particularly the top joint. I suppose that’s deliberate, so that you can make corners, but it also means that any two pieces that you need to be straight are going to bend or come loose over time. As an avid DIYer, I routinely make “improvements” to hardware that I buy from HD and other retailers, and I did that in this case as well. I know that other reviewers indicated that they made the fence look the same from either side by fastening two sections back-to-back, but I couldn’t get this to work. Because each piece is molded with the two “posts” facing on the left-hand side and in the middle, reversing one of the pieces doesn’t work, unless you’re willing to do a lot of cutting and gluing of the plastic. So, instead of trying to do things this way, I decided to strengthen the top joint. The bottom joint is longer and stronger than the top one, so I left it alone. I used ½ square doweling to strengthen the top joint, drilling holes thru the plastic and the doweling and inserted bolts, washers, and nuts so that the top joint is very firm.. However, it does make the “post” in front of it bend a little bit, but definitely strengthens two or more sections so that they stay together. Also, it won’t be seen up close. The last problem is that it’s very difficult to anchor one stake at a time, even if the ground is soft. You really need to try and anchor all of the stakes at the same time. My solution: dig a trench, and use a rubber mallet to anchor each stake.Then I used plastic brick from HD.COM to keep the stakes in place. While I’m very pleased with the results, I do NOT recommend this product unless you’re a DIYer like I am, and are able and willing to put in the time, effort, and $ it requires to make this fencing much stronger, and anchor it firmly into the ground. It is pretty and was not too difficult to install. We hope it weathers well in the sun. We just finished installing it.

I bought 3 packs. Cheap product. About a quarter of the snaps broke as I was installing it. Also, I think the heat of the sun causes the units to expand just a little so some of the snaps that didn't break won't stay snapped. Would not recommend. I should have just spent the money at bought metal fencing.

This is a very attractive fencing system and really improves the look of my long flower bed. However, it's very difficult, if not impossible, to get them to stay upright. The spikes are too short to keep the fencing from leaning over in loose soil. If the spikes were longer or if there was some other system for keeping them upright, I'd have no problem giving these a 5-star rating.

Flimsy and hollow, does not stay in ground and buckles easily.

I threw away all of the fences i bought, many of them are still new. They are so fragile and useless. Waste money. Dont buy

This little fence did the job in my parents garden. They hook together and easy to put in the ground. Looks great!

The stakes being fixed were difficult to get in the ground and connect the next piece... not a good connecting system.. but it’s in and working in most areas looks ok too

Too cheaply made, easy to break, very difficult to keep in the ground. This product should not be sold in HOME DEPOT stores. It is below Home depot's standards. The price is too high for it and is not detailed on-line as to the back of the product that is hollow and gives a FALSE impression!

The top where they hook together kept falling apart, so I returned them.If the top hinge was made like the bottom they would be great. I could not keep them together.

pretty borders but not strong enough to insert in ground. I tried after it rain hoping I could insert in the ground but the pikes, r whatever you call it, was not strong enough to be inserted. pretty tho, the problem could have been me so I don't want to talk too negative b/c I didn't what if it was my mistake or my ground ,

Fence works well, I had to pre-dig the holes for the stakes with a screw driver unless you have very soft soil but overall seems really good.

It doesn’t take much for these to fall down. I thought they would be sturdier.

Exactly what I wanted. Very sturdy, match style of my home . Would recommend this product. I had this product for a couple month, looks great.

The product is good, however, I wish that it would bend around. That was not part of the product description but also it is hard to get the points in the ground. So, it is important to prepare the area to put the product.

Looked good but It was flimsy hard to put in a straight line.
