The rake is much heavier than I expected.

Well balanced and easy to handle.

Love the ease & sturdiness of use

One of the screw holes that are used to attach the rake to the pole did not properly line up, therefore making the rake unusable.

The rake is awesome but I don't like the handle with that extended part. I will probably at some point figure out a way to take that off as it just gets in the way.

Product is well made and durable. Unfortunately it is not easy on the back as it claims. Raking leaves with it is a chore. Steel construction makes it heavy to use. Best use is raking heavy debris like sticks or gravel.

This rake makes a yearly yard chore a breeze. The difference is realized when you start raking, but really hits home when afterwards your back isn't hurting! Wish this rake had been invented years ago. Love the snow shovel in the same design.

As with all products purchased this is easy to use and a good product. I have purchased several products from Snow Joe and have always been pleased.

I have a bad back and to rake with a normal rake just kills my back. This is the best rake that I've ever used. I don't know who invented this rake, but I want to personal thank you for this rake!!
