LOOKS NICE, EASY TO INSTALL. BUT DON'T USE THIS FOR A SEATING SURFACE. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH FOR THAT PURPOSE. IT MAKES NOISE WHEN USED.

The quality was not good. When you fold it, on one end it folds completely and touches the other part but on the other end, it’s open. I just had to make it stay in position with the screws.

The hinge met my needs very well and looks great. I would not recommend that it be used where much stress will be imposed on it so I would advise anyone using this product to design in such a way as to avoid stress directly on the hinge.
