Garbage product. Purchased this item and the switch failed within a year (more like 7 months of actual use). The result a basement full of backed up Sh iT water. DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK.

Received the product out of the box plastic clips were...
Received the product out of the box plastic clips were popped out that are supposed to hold discharge connection in place Took of lid to try and fix that and discharge pipe was busted so I got the remnants out and a new pipe in fixed the grommets now having float issues. Check product ASAP

Nice pre-packaged system. I had one minor issue: the check valve had a bad upper seal, so it slowly leaked. Returned the check-valve for an off the shelf replacement and it worked fine. Overall: impressed with the quality and ease of installation.

This unit was a good buy for what I was trying to do. I would recommend a couple of things however after watching the video. Don’t believe you just reach inside for things; 1) make sure you unbolt the top and remove the shipping cardboard, 2) be sure to include a vent in your installation.

Hi BobW. Thanks for the review. We cannot argue with your suggestions. Please note that the shipping cardboard is ONLY used in systems shipped via UPS that were ordered online. This cardboard helps protect the system during shipping.The systems sold in stores do not have the cardboard inside the basin.
