Reasonably well built. Needed this better version/model due to the tension load rating I was assuming it might need.
I actually used the model with one end an open hook and will be returning the dual closed loop. I bought a pair of each not being sure of what I'd prefer once required some prefabbing was set to utilize. I'll return the pair not used.

DID exactly what I needed: tighten wire so taut that...
DID exactly what I needed: tighten wire so taut that it sings when I strum it. It is holding up Christmas decorations with NO sag. My house looks beautiful.
Now I did have to heat up the ends of the turnbuckle to open them a bit to snag onto metal ring screws. OK, no loss!! And don't we all do what is needed to make things work???!!!
