Wheels do a good job for a work table sometimes holding over 100lbs.

Great caster for the price.

Easy to install. I used them on a chest of drawers I have in my garage to make it easier to move when I clean the work area.

Built a small round dolly for wheeling around a heavy air compressor. They work perfectly! All 4 wheels swiveling allows the dolly to go in any direction easily.

Used these on a laundry caddy I built. Wanted swivel wheels, non-locking and load rated (these were load rated at 90 lbs each). They work perfectly for what I needed.

Just what was needed. Performs as expected.

used 2 locking and 2 regular for my project and worked great.

These worked fine for their intended use. However, I would definitely not call them "soft rubber".
