just what I needed! Save money from hiring a plummer

It works, bit not a robust solution.

The seal would not fit correctly, therefore could not seal. I tried several times before coming back and purchasing a seal for a Gerber toilet that was much softer rubber and fit better. It worked perfectly although not made for a Mansfield. I used the bolts, nuts and washers from the Everbllt kit and threw away the seal.

I returned the item. I expressed my concerned to the Home Depot associate about the dimensions not matching my bowl dimensions perfectly and he reassured me that would not be a problem. It was a problem! He was clueless when it came to knowing anything about toilet repairs. I never used this item.

Great fit and resolved all tank leakage issues.

The gasket was advertised as 2”. It actually was slightly oversized so it didn’t work.

Doesn’t fit my Mansfield toilet.

The plastic nut that holds the plunger onto the tank did not fit well on the rubber gasket on the toilet.

The gasket looked like it would fit, but it was a little too big to seal so I returned it. The hardware looked like it would fit OK, but will likely corrode badly and be very difficult to remove when the gasket needs replacing.

I needed the extra parts for my toilet. The older parts had corroded away and no longer usable. This set worked perfectly for my tank bowl.

This is a good kit but there is something that you should confirm prior to leaving Home Depot. If the Flush Valve kit that you are using along with this tank to bowl kit does not have a nut that is rounded, rather than an octagon, this tank-to-bowl gasket will not fit flush on the bowl and this will cause leaks. You will either have to buy a separate round nut, or sand/dremel the edges off the nut in order to allow the rubber gasket to fit over the top of the nut and sit flush on the bowl. In some cases you can use the nut off the old product you are replacing as most f the replacement parts do not come with the round nut.

The kit was easy to assemble without having to buy a complete toilet!
