It does gate things for a gate and it does them well.

Very heavy, too large for my job, had to return

Anyone can lock the gate from the outside because the latch has holes on the section that will be outside, just put a little stick on the unnecessary holes and the homeowner will be locked inside the yard.

Just right for a privacy fence. Met expectations.

Easy to install and works fine.

Over half of the lag bolt heads were too large for my Craftsman sockets. Had to beat half of the sockets on & off the bolt heads to install the hinges, latch, bolt & handle.

Can not open/close gate. Awkward product. Gripping the latch handle is difficult.

Excellent gate latch and hinges. I have use these on my gates for years with no problems. I do add a third hinge to help support my gates. The only problem I have is finding them in my local store. They claim to have them in the store but they don't. I ordered online and received them quickly and the order was filled accurately.
