Great
Quick shipping, which was much appreciated. My previous system died and I had no means to acquire clean water other than going to the store. It's not far... but it was an inconvenience the last couple days. Thankfully, I can get clean water from my own kitchen again. Especially since installation was so quick as well.

Suprassed My Expectations
Water pressure was a point of worry for me before purchasing. But I can now confirm that pressure is good. I still wish RO systems were a bit quicker in general, but this system definitely has above-average speed.

Love this unit
Our well water used to have really low pH, around 5.5. After doing some research, I decided to raise the pH to at least 8.0. This system has been consistently giving us 8.1 or 8.2 - which is ideal. It truly makes the water taste so much better.

It's Good
Our kids convinced us to get a filter system that produces alkaline water. They heard some stuff in school from a teacher, and they laid some great arguments. Wife and I agreed that they might actually be right! It's supposed to be healthier for you, and I'm looking forward to see how it treats us in the following months.

It's an investment!
I used to have to deal with the horrible Whole Foods parking lot and lines just to get some filtered RO water. Hopefully this unit will save me some serious time and money!

No more stinky water
I decided to get an RO system because there was clearly something wrong with our tap water. It had this terrible smell.
I also wanted it to be Alkaline for the added health benefits.
So far it's been perfect for us. The smell is gone and the water tastes better.

Complete the Transistion
We moved out of the city and I expected everything to simply be better in the country. Cleaner air, less traffic, less noise etc... But the water is actually worse out here! That's the one thing that got worse.
So we were forced to get a filtration system to bring our water back up to a healthy standard.

Top-notch
One doesn't simply drink water in West Virginia.
You need to buy bottles, or get a filtration unit. I opted for the latter because it's better on the environment and cheaper for me.

Alkaline taste
I removed the alkaline stage after two weeks of use, couldn't stand the taste,...like old dirty socks smell, ...now water is great. It does require minimum of 40 PSI water supply pressure.

As a Plumber...
Let me say that this RO system is the simplest and easiest I’ve ever had to install.). I have a couple nitpicks with some small design choices, but those complaints are entirely subjective, and I won't get into them here.
The system is well-built, and it should perform well for as long as you keep an eye on the state of your filters.

Great filter system
It's a great filter system from 300 points tab water to 50 pts with the filter. It tastes just like good bottle water. Lower is better for TDS quality.
