Great Product
I am a handyman, so installation wasn't that bad. I used their YouTube video to step by step. The toughest part was getting under the sink and drilling into the granite. The granite was a 1/2" hole. I went at a slow pace so as not to break the countertop. It took me around 1 hour using a particular bit with a powerful drill. I kept wetting the bit to keep it cool.
Be sure to double-check with pre-connected hoses. On mine, one of the yellow hose didn't connect all the way. The next morning I notice a small puddle of water. I slightly pushed in the tube, and the issue was resolved.
Something I also didn't think about. The UV light needs power, and I figure to connect to the one the garbage disposal was connected to. But I soon determined that it didn't work because a switch controls the outlet. So, I need to rerun a switch specifically for garbage disposal.
Overall, going on for two weeks. The product is working well. I'd recommend buying it. Easy install!

Good directions and gracious/helpful phone assistance were a big plus. My install/leak problems turned out to be my fault by my not FIRMLY pushing the 1/4" tubing into the push/pull connector "lock" system. Now all is working well!
