Poor adhesion
Opened can and gave it a stir. Seemed pretty homogenous and didn’t need much stirring but I gave it a few more swirls anyway. Prepped the metal by degreasing with POR-15 cleaner and degreaser. Sanded with 80 grit. Gave it one final wipe with the degreaser and let it dry. Applied the Flex Seal Liquid with a disposable brush. After 24 hours drying time in a 60 degree garage, the flex seal peeled off like a candy wrapper. No adhesion whatsoever.

Used this product on built it gutters and small metal roofs on an old victorian. It worked very well and made the old metal waterproof and looking new

I am waiting to see how it works. Using it to seal the cracks between house foundation and sidewalks. Second coat is not sealing holes like I would l like. Too thin? Might need a third coat in some areas.
Will know more at end of winter.

It's a 2 part in which you must mix it all even if you don't need a portion to do the task at hand. The rest is wasted. It should come separated with instructions.
